Pipeline hygiene — keep HubSpot spotless and publish weekly KPI dashboards. Playbook creation — turn every win into repeatable processes. Annual quota: $750 K+ new ARR. What You’ll Bring 2+ yrs closing SMB/Mid-Market SaaS deals ($10K to 50k+ ACV) at Seed–Series B startups. Proven success with technical buyers (Dev Leads, Heads of Eng, CTOs). Cold-calling chops — you’ve booked 10+ demos/month from outbound. Clear, data-driven communicator. About Us: CodeAnt AI is a Y Combinator-backed startup transforming how companies ensure code quality and security—with AI Code Reviews at the core. We’re helping top engineering teams eliminate bugs, boost productivity, and ship secure code faster. Role This isn’t your typical BDR job. We’re looking for a cold-calling machine — someone who live for dialing, pitching, and closing demos Our current BDR booked 80 SQL demos in the first two months alone. The demand is real — now we need another beast to take it to the next level. What You'll Do Week 1 Learn the product, ICP, pricing, and how we do cold calls Book your first demo Month 1 Book 20+ qualified demos through cold calls + emails Track results, run experiments, and iterate fast Month 1+ Scale to 30+ demos/month Build strong prospect relationships Help us define a repeatable, scalable outbound engine Core Responsibilities 80% Cold Calling + Prospecting: List building, prospecting, calling, and hustling across channels 20% Sales Ops: Keep CRM sharp, refine processes, and create content that speaks to devs Who You Are Cold Calling Legend – You live for dialing, pitching, and closing demos Growth Obsessed – You love to earn more for yourself Scrappy & Creative – You find hidden leads, write your own scripts, and test wild ideas What We Offer Best in-class pay Best culture And a chance to be on our $100 Million ARR journey ⚠️ Important This role is not for everyone.
