About Confido Confido helps CPG brands understand and optimize their performance in brick and mortar retail. We work with emerging category winners like Olipop, Chomps, Dr. Squatch, and established category leaders like Baskin Robbins Ice Cream. Today, we sell 2 products: (1) an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than 1 million transactions a year and (2) a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales. Confido will grow more than 4x this year, while growing headcount by 2x. We’re obsessed with concentrating our best leads with world class sellers. What you’ll do Full sales cycle: You will handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting for and qualifying leads, and moving those leads through to close. Become an expert in CPG: You will be a thought partner for customers and show them how Confido can take their workflows to the next level Be present with our customers: Work out of our New York office in Chelsea, you’ll also be comfortable traveling regularly across the US to conferences, industry events, and customer sites to ensure we are top of mind for decision makers in our customers. What we're looking for Our ideal hire will have: Demonstrated sales excellence: 2+ years in B2B sales with a track record of high achievement and quota attainment. About the Role We’re looking for a Business Recruiter to help scale our GTM organization during a period of rapid growth. This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting multiple business searches simultaneously across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A functions. The Role We're hiring our first Customer Success Director — a player-coach who will own the post-implementation experience for our growing roster of CPG brands while laying the foundation for a world-class CS function. This role sits at the intersection of revenue ownership and customer partnership. The Role We're looking for a Director of Implementation to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Confido customers. This is a high-impact individual contributor role — you'll be the person who takes a signed contract and turns it into a live, thriving deployment. You'll work closely with customers, our product team, and our CS and sales teams to design scalable implementation processes from the ground up. Our SDR team will be the engine behind this growth - generating leads with empathy, intelligence and grit while gaining the skills necessary to be a key source of talent for Account Executive and other roles throughout the business.
