Cair Health is building the next-generation AI platform to automate and optimize medical insurance claims. We're looking for a Business/Sales Analyst Intern (undergrad/grad student) to join us for Summer 2025. You’ll work directly with the company founders to analyze sales performance, support growth experiments, and help shape how we scale our go-to-market engine. You’ll do SDR/BDR work, get an inside look into how AI sales tools can be utilized, and help refine messaging/sales decks, and more! Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the founders on sales strategy, funnel analysis, and customer targeting. Analyze CRM and outreach data to uncover trends and improve GTM performance. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and validate new customer segments. Assist in creating sales collateral, case studies, and demo materials. What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools is a plus. A deep interest in startups, B2B sales, and healthcare innovation. Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
