What the role involves
We’re looking for a Founding Engineer that will work closely with the Founders to improve and further develop the product. They’ll be in charge of further developing the predictive capabilities of our ML model. We’re looking for someone excited to work in a start-up environment and willing to take charge to push the product forward.
We’re excited about our direction and looking to bring a passionate engineer to join our journey. This is a founding role giving the engineer an opportunity to make an impact from day one and grow alongside the company.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the founders to shape the product vision and roadmap.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our platform.
Integrate machine learning algorithms to enhance predictive analytics on claims outcomes.
Take charge and lead future engineering hires, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Skills
Proven experience in software development, preferably deploying solutions at scale.
Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
Experience with healthcare data is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
