What the role involves
We’re looking for an amazing “CSM” at Storylane! You’ll help onboard and expand our customers. Storylane has been crushing it since we launched in 2021 (3.5x revenue growth in 2023, 2.5x in 2024). In 2025, we scaled to $10M ARR and 4,000 customers, and we’re building fast with a lean, remote team. We've got Gong, Amazon, Microsoft, NASDAQ, and other major players using our demo automation platform. The ideal person: 3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success / Implementation / Solutions, with enterprise customers. Has partnered closely with marketing and sales teams (RevOps, Demand Gen, Sales Enablement, AEs) and can work confidently with VP/Head/Exec stakeholders in those orgs. Strong at executive communication: clear agendas, crisp recaps, and steady QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews). Has owned renewals and expansions (or partnered tightly with Sales on commercials) and can build account plans that turn adoption into growth. Loves going deep on product to solve problems and unblock customers. Can run multi-stakeholder onboarding: admins, champions, IT/security (when needed), and exec sponsors. Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving team; can work independently and follow through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Intercom (or similar), Zoom, and a CRM/support toolkit. What You’ll Do: Own enterprise onboarding post-sale and drive customers to fast, measurable time-to-value. Lead kickoffs, success plans, trainings, and tailored walkthroughs for sales and marketing use cases. Build relationships with day-to-day users and executive sponsors across Sales and Marketing. Run QBRs and exec check-ins: align on outcomes, usage, next steps, and expansion paths. Monitor account health (adoption, usage, outcomes), spot risk early, and drive action. Proactively increase adoption by sharing best practices and recommending workflows that fit each team. Partner with Sales, Support, and Product to resolve issues, prioritise feedback, and improve the rollout playbook. Own renewals and drive expansion across your book of business: identify growth signals, run upgrade conversations, and close the loop through renewal.
What the role involves
Storylane is a demo automation software used by 5,000+ companies. We've grown from $0 to well past $10M ARR with a lean team and 97% inbound pipeline in 4 years. We're now scaling toward $20M ARR. The Role We have released additional product “RepX chat” recently with lot of traction. We are moving upmarket and looking for SDR who is hungry with strong desire to grow and eventually lead sales team. You’ll spend most of your day calling and connecting with sales and marketing leaders across our ICP. You’ll work directly with the founder to test messaging, identify what gets buyers to engage, and turn outbound into a repeatable pipeline engine. What You’ll Do Drive new pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, reaching senior stakeholders in marketing and sales. Use calls, email, LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, and other outbound tools Test scripts, openers, objections, and account lists every week Track your numbers: dials, connects, conversations, meetings booked, show rate, and qualified held demos Surface market feedback from every conversation Help build the outbound playbook for future SDRs What Success Looks Like In your first 10 days, you’ll learn Storylane, our call scripts, and our target account list. You’ll start making daily calls and booking your first qualified meetings. By day 30, you should be consistently booking qualified meetings and improving your talk track based on real buyer conversations. By day 60, you should be running a high-output outbound motion, booking qualified meetings every week, and helping us understand which messages, segments, and accounts convert best. Who We’re Looking For You are hungry, competitive, and comfortable getting rejected all day. You should have: 1+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, recruiting, door-to-door, fundraising, or other high-rejection experience A willingness to make 200+ dials per day Strong verbal communication skills High energy and high urgency The ability to follow a process, track numbers, and improve every week Ready to travel to conference/events and book meetings. This Role Is Not For You If You do not want to cold call You need heavy oversight to stay focused You prefer a structured corporate sales program You are uncomfortable with rejection Not willing to travel to conferences and events
What the role involves
Storylane has been crushing it since we launched in 2021 (3.5x revenue growth in 2023, 2.5x in 2024). In 2025, we scaled to $10M ARR and 4,000 customers, and we’re building fast with a lean, remote team. We've got Gong, Amazon, Microsoft, NASDAQ, and other major players using our demo automation platform. We are looking for platform lead — person who defines what RepX's engineering foundation looks like for the next two years. The decisions made in the next 12 months will be crucial to the product's success. What's expected You have minimum 5 years of experience building backend systems, and proficiency in Python and AWS systems. You have a strong background in computer science with a degree in CS or a related field. You have a solid understanding of how to deliver complex backend applications considering performance, design and scale. You write code and ship it to production. Your architecture opinions are earned by building, not by reviewing from the sidelines. You communicate updates or solutions clearly to customers, product leads and teammates. You own key roadmap items end-to-end - from technical approach through to delivery - and are accountable for the timelines and platform performance. You own the hardest problems in RepX - agent orchestration, real-time conversation state, etc. You work in direct partnership with the product owner. They bring customer context, market signal, and prioritization. You bring technical feasibility, system design, and the instinct for what's possible that nobody asked for yet. The loop is tight and continuous. You think in platforms, not features. You watch patterns in agent failures and turn that into platform work that fixes the problem for all customers. You stay current on AI and agentic engineering - new model capabilities, context engineering patterns, eval frameworks, function-calling architectures. The ground shifts monthly. You read, prototype, and bring what's relevant back to the team. You raise the bar for everyone shipping code into RepX. Not through process - through the standard your own work sets. What we're looking for Platform thinking. You've built platforms or shared infrastructure for scale in the teams you've worked at. You know when an abstraction earns its complexity and when it's premature. Engineering depth and product instincts - together. Technical brilliance disconnected from the product is not useful here. Product intuition that can't execute isn't either. You ship. You write code, you push to production, you're in the weeds. Comfort with ambiguity. RepX is early. You see the problem, propose the approach, align with the PM, and start building. If you need someone to tell you what to do every sprint, this isn't the role. Nice-to-haves (not requirements) LLM and agent architecture experience. You've built products where language models are a core component - not a demo, not a side feature. You constantly read about AI agents, function-calling patterns, and the tradeoffs in building solutions with AI. Experience with any part of the stack: LiveKit/WebRTC, Deepgram/Whisper STT, Cartesia/ElevenLabs TTS, Tavus or similar video avatar platforms, Pinecone/vector databases.
