What the role involves
Respan is the one-stop LLM engineering platform: gateway, observability, prompt optimization, and evals. Our customers are AI-native startups shipping production agents - Retell AI, Gumloop, Octolane, HackerRank, and others. We're early, the pipeline is already real, and we're hiring our founding SDR to own top of funnel and build the playbook with us. What you'll do Own outbound to AI-native startups - account research, personalized cold sequences, booking qualified meetings Run the full SDR motion: LinkedIn, email, occasionally calls. You'll be talking to AI engineers and founders, not generic IT buyers Build and iterate on the outbound playbook alongside the founders — nothing here is set in stone Hand off warm meetings to AEs (and likely run some discovery yourself early on) Must-haves You can hold a credible conversation about LLM infra - what observability is, why evals matter, what "prompt drift" means. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to know our customers' world cold Sharp written voice. We sell to technical buyers; marketing-speak gets ignored. Your DMs need to read like an engineer wrote them Hustle and outcome bias. We measure meetings booked and pipeline created, not activity counts Comfort with ambiguity — you're helping write the playbook, not executing someone else's Bonus Prior SDR experience selling dev tools or AI infra Familiarity with other LLM observability tools You've cold-called or DM'd technical buyers before and have the scars to show it Career-pivot candidates welcome if you can show you've taught yourself the space Comp Base + uncapped commission + meaningful early-stage equity. Calibrated to experience.

This is a senior role with real architectural ownership. We are looking for someone who is opinionated about code quality, focused on performance, and can mentor the team on frontend best practices while still shipping fast. What you’ll do: Architect and build high-performance UI with React and Next.js Own the frontend architecture, component library, and design system Collaborate closely with design to ship pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces Mentor other engineers on frontend best practices and code quality Drive performance optimization across the platform UI What you must have: 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with TypeScript and React Deep knowledge of modern CSS, layout systems, and animation Strong opinions on code quality, testing, and component architecture Strong plus: Experience building complex data-heavy UIs such as dashboards, editors, or visualizers Track record of building and maintaining design systems Experience with performance profiling and optimization Contributions to open-source frontend projects or libraries
