Protex AI
Computer vision that makes the industrial workplace, safer
What Protex AI does
Tl;dr: We’re building software that monitors existing cameras in the port, logistics, and manufacturing industries to ensure compliance and identify safety issues. At Protex AI, we’re on a mission to protect the industrial workforce! We’re building a proactive computer vision tool for workplace safety - empowering industrial Health and Safety (HS) teams to identify risk and danger before it becomes a problem. 🤕 The Problem: Keeping people safe at work is extremely hard. In the U.S. alone, there were over 5,000 deaths in the workplace in 2019, mainly in the heavy industry space. Serious workplace injuries cost U.S. businesses circa $62 Billion annually. Until now, safety has been reactive, someone has to get injured, and in some cases fatally before something is done about it. ✅ Problem Solved: Protex AI’s platform uses privacy-preserving camera monitoring software to provide companies with an always-on guardian angel, protecting their workforce. The platform plugs into existing CCTV infrastructure and enables HS teams to flexibly translate their document-based safety rules into the real world. Protex AI takes these rules and autonomously audits the customer’s facility to identify areas of high risk and non-compliance. HS teams can access this data via a reporting engine and use it in weekly safety meetings, external safety audits, insurance discussions, and legal claims. The tool integrates seamlessly with existing safety workflows to augment data produced by any manual incident logging system in place.

Operating in 20+ countries, Protex is the go-to safety partner for Fortune 500 manufacturing and logistics enterprises, transforming workplace safety with real-time, AI-powered insights. About the Role This role owns Protex AI's inbound pipeline. You'll continue to build the demand generation engine that brings enterprise buyers to us at scale, from strategy through to execution. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Growth, you'll have real ownership, a clear mandate, and the expectation that you'll push beyond the standard playbook to find what actually works. Your work will feed and sharpen every other GTM lever, giving sales better signals, making outbound more precise, and ensuring the right buyers are warm before they're ever touched. What You'll Own Inbound Pipeline Strategy Own the overall demand generation strategy, setting channel mix, campaign priorities, and pipeline targets in partnership with the Head of Marketing & Growth. You'll bring a point of view, not just a plan. Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality MQLs for the enterprise sales team. You'll know when to run the proven play and when to experiment with something no one in the category is doing yet. Treat pipeline health and attribution as a competitive advantage, maintaining a clear, honest view of what's working, cutting what isn't, and doubling down with precision. ABM & Campaign Management Design and run ABM programmes that go beyond list-and-spray, working closely with Sales on account selection, sequencing, and the creative approaches that make target accounts take notice. Own campaign management end-to-end. From brief and asset development through to launch, reporting, and optimisation. You'll bring structure to the process and creativity to the execution. Partner with Product Marketing and Content to ensure every campaign is grounded in sharp messaging and proof points that resonate with enterprise buyers, not just content that fills a channel. Tradeshows & Events Own Protex AI's global events calendar, selecting and prioritising the tradeshows, industry conferences, and owned events where our enterprise buyers actually are, not just the ones our competitors attend. Build events into the ABM motion, not alongside it. Pre-event outreach, on-the-ground engagement, and post-event follow-up should all be sequenced around target accounts, turning event presence into a precision tool, not a broadcast one. Back every event with clear ROI tracking and feed the learnings straight back into future planning. Reporting & Optimisation Own demand generation reporting across the metrics that matter, pipeline contribution, channel performance, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and campaign ROI. Partner with RevOps on HubSpot to ensure attribution is accurate, lead scoring reflects reality, and lifecycle reporting gives the full picture. Treat optimisation as a habit, not a quarterly exercise, regularly reviewing what's working, cutting what isn't, and doubling down with conviction on what converts. What You'll Need 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related field. Ideally in B2B SaaS and enterprise tech. Proven track record building and scaling inbound pipeline programmes, with demonstrable impact on ICP pipeline generation, MQL quality, and conversion. Hands-on across ABM, paid media, events, email nurture, and conte

Client Solutions Technical Project Manager/Product Manager Mission We are looking for a Solutions Engineer with an engineering background to own the successful delivery and implementation of Protex AI, data integration, and feature projects with some of the biggest companies in the world, ensuring every engagement lands on defined technical success criteria and creates the conditions for deeper deployment across the site. The Role You will act as a subject matter expert to own the success of client projects after the system is live, the use case deployments, data integration projects, and new pilot feature rollouts that convert a connected site into a high-value, growing Protex deployment. You are accountable for scoping, coordinating, and delivering against technical success criteria from close collaboration with the client.
