This is a full-stack GTM role where you’ll experiment, iterate, and execute at speed. Core Responsibilities: Own the full GTM motion — from high-touch outbound to scalable growth loops Design and test outbound sequences, onboarding flows, and activation levers Run experiments across the funnel to increase conversion, engagement, and velocity (think: A/B testing cold emails, optimizing CTAs, testing pricing/messaging, etc.) Build automated and semi-automated outbound engines using AI tools like Persana, Smartlead, Instantly, and Zapier Identify and execute growth hacks and channel experiments to unlock new acquisition routes (e.g., influencer-led GTM, community outreach, viral campaigns) Help craft product-led growth (PLG) onboarding experiences and trial flows Build and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline — owning deals end-to-end (15–45 day cycles) Run multi-threaded deals with C-level buyers in Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Growth Translate user feedback into product & messaging insights; shape roadmap alongside the CEO Set up and continuously optimize tooling (Hubspot, ChatGPT, CRM enrichment, warm-up tools, etc.) Lay the foundation for building a growth and GTM team as we scale 🧠 The Ideal Candidate You’re a hybrid: part sales closer, part growth hacker, part product whisperer. You’re not afraid to cold email a CMO in the morning and spin up a funnel experiment in the afternoon.
