The Opportunity
As we scale our platform and expand our AI agent capabilities, we're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our founding engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI applications in a high-growth environment where your contributions will directly impact our product and business trajectory.
What You'll Build
Advanced interfaces for our GTM agents that make complex AI capabilities intuitive for sales professionals
Scalable backend systems that process and analyze massive datasets to power our recommendation engines
Real-time monitoring and feedback systems to continuously improve agent performance
Integration layers that connect our platform with CRMs, sales engagement tools, and other customer systems
New agent capabilities across our core embedding search technology (PersanaVector™)
Your Impact
Shape the architecture and technical direction of a fast-growing AI startup
Build features that directly improve the effectiveness of sales teams at our customer companies
Work closely with our AI/ML team to bring cutting-edge language and embedding models into production
Contribute to a product that's changing how businesses discover and connect with each other
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience building production web applications
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React
Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or similar
Familiarity with database design, SQL, and NoSQL solutions
Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Interest in AI/ML applications and data-intensive applications
Bonus Points For
Experience building applications that integrate with LLMs or other AI models
Knowledge of sales tech, CRMs, or B2B prospecting workflows
Background in search, recommendation systems, or information retrieval
Experience at fast-growing startups or YC companies
Contributions to open source projects
