What the role involves
About the Role We’re hiring a Content Lead to build and own the content engine that defines Bunkerhill’s category in healthcare. This is not a traditional content marketing role. You will not be handed a content calendar or asked to execute against pre-defined briefs. Your role is to take real customer and product signal and translate it into a consistent stream of high-quality content aligned with the core themes, narratives, and messages we want to drive as a company. You will work closely with customers, forward-deployed engineers, and company leadership to extract insights and turn them into content across formats—case studies, thought leadership, social, webinars, video, and more. You will also own distribution, ensuring that what we produce shows up in the market and drives visibility. We care less about hitting a fixed number of posts and more about building a repeatable engine that makes Bunkerhill feel present, relevant, and inevitable in this category. This is a high-ownership role. You will define how content gets created, how it gets distributed, and how the system improves over time. What You’ll Do Content Creation & Narrative Development Own end-to-end creation of content across formats: case studies, thought leadership, social, webinars, video, and more Work directly with customers to extract real outcomes and turn them into compelling, human-centered narratives Partner closely with forward-deployed engineers, founders, and internal teams to understand product developments, deployments, and real-world impact—and translate these into the right content formats (e.g., case studies, customer spotlights, thought leadership, launch narratives) Translate technical and operational work into clear, engaging, and credible content Maintain a high bar for storytelling, clarity, and usefulness—AI should assist your thinking, not replace it Content Systems & AI-Assisted Execution Design and build a repeatable content engine that connects company priorities, customer signal, content formats, and distribution channels Structure and maintain core narratives, customer outcomes, and product developments so they can be easily turned into content Build and operate AI-powered workflows that increase the speed, consistency, and scalability of content production Develop systems (e.g., content pipelines, repurposing engines, tracking systems) that reduce manual work and increase leverage Continuously improve how we go from raw inputs (calls, product updates, customer results) to published content Distribution & Content Strategy Own distribution across channels (LinkedIn, blog, website, etc.) and determine the right cadence, channels, and formats based on what is most effective Repurpose core content into multiple formats to maximize reach and impact Define and prioritize the content roadmap based on company priorities, product momentum, and market opportunities Partner with leadership to shape voice and presence, especially for founder-led content Track performance at a high level and refine approach based on what resonates Who You Are You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks You are highly organized and capable of structuring ambiguous inputs into clear systems and processes You are a strong storyteller and communicator, able to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives You are comfortable working directly with customers, operators, and technical teams to extract insight You move quickly, iterate often, and don’t get stuck trying to make everything perfect You think in systems and instinctively look for ways to make processes more efficient and scalable You already use AI tools deeply in your work and have built workflows or systems that meaningfully increase your leverage Requirements Demonstrated ability to create high-quality content that communicates complex ideas clearly Proven experience building or operating systems that improve content production, organization, or distribution Hands-on experience using

Location: SF or NYC preferred (occasional travel to client sites) About Bunkerhill Bunkerhill partners with leading health systems to design and deploy AI-enhanced clinical workflows that are used in real clinical operations. We work directly with clinicians, operations leaders, and IT teams to turn messy clinical reality into scalable, high-impact AI workflows. We are hiring our first Forward Deployed Product Leads to work directly with health systems and own the successful deployment of AI-enabled care delivery. You will be one of the first people in this role and will help define how AI workflows are designed, deployed, and scaled across Bunkerhill’s customer base. About the Role The Forward Deployed Product Lead owns the end-to-end success of AI deployments across a portfolio of health systems—from discovery through go-live and ongoing optimization. This is a hands-on role. You will personally design, configure, and deploy AI workflows and agents inside Bunkerhill’s platform—not just define requirements for others to build. Role mix (approx.): 25% pre-sales: discovery, solution design, demos, pilot scoping 75% post-sales: implementation, workflow build-out, training, iteration, and optimization What You’ll Do AI Agent & Prompt Development Design, test, and refine AI agents and prompt logic within the platform using modern LLM tools. Formalize clinical reasoning and workflow logic into structured, reliable, and audit-friendly agent designs. Evaluate outputs against clinical and operational expectations; debug edge cases and failure modes. Develop reusable workflow patterns and agent templates that can be deployed across customers. Workflow & Product Design Map current-state clinical workflows and design future-state workflows that incorporate AI agents and automation. Assemble end-to-end solutions using Bunkerhill’s platform (data inputs → AI agents → work queues → clinician UI → reporting). Identify product gaps encountered in the field and write concise product briefs to unlock new capabilities, speed deployments, and expand into new specialties. Partner closely with engineering and product teams to refine, prioritize, and ship improvements. Customer Engagement & Change Management Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for health system customers, working with frontline staff (schedulers, nurses, coordinators), managers, and executive leaders. Run structured discovery to understand current workflows, pain points, clinical constraints, and operational goals. Translate ambiguous problems into clearly scoped deployments with defined success criteria. Drive change management: timelines, stakeholder alignment, training sessions, rollout plans, and adoption tracking. Build trust through clear, respectful communication at every level of the organization. Who You Are You have a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable being accountable for real-world outcomes. You have a solid clinical foundation and can quickly learn new clinical domains and workflows. You are comfortable working directly with both frontline clinical staff and senior executives. You think like a product builder: you see patterns across customers, write clearly, and focus on scalable solutions rather than one-off custom work. You are excited about LLMs as practical tools for building durable workflows, not just demos. You are structured and analytical, but pragmatic and scrappy in imperfect environments. A traditional software engineering background is not required; experience building within platforms, configuring complex systems, or deploying operational workflows is a strong fit. Why Bunkerhill Real impact at leading health systems. Our Carebricks platform is live at UTMB Health, Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, and dozens of other hospitals across the U.S., powering workflows like incidental findings follow-up, prior authorization, referral routing, and more. Award-winning AI implementation. Bunkerhill was recently named “Best in AI Implementat
