Our mission is ambitious and we can’t do it alone - join Abacum as we build the future of Business Planning! About the Role Abacum is hiring a Content & Marketing Operations Manager to be the engine room of our marketing team. This is a hybrid role — part content production, part distribution /ops — designed for someone who can write a competitive blog post in the morning and build a HubSpot workflow in the afternoon. You'll own the systems, analytics, and content operations that keep our marketing machine running. When we say "ops," we don't mean dashboards, we mean the actual plumbing that connects content to pipeline: website updates, email automation, lead routing, AEO/SEO execution, analytics tracking, and content production workflows. What You'll Own Content Operations (≈50%) Content production: Manage the editorial calendar and content pipeline. Draft and coordinate with external writers, PMMs, and subject matter experts to produce blog posts, case studies, competitive content, and email copy on schedule. SEO/AEO execution: Own SEO and AEO execution - publishing optimized content, managing technical SEO updates, building internal links, and monitoring rankings. You'll keep the organic engine running and growing. Email & lifecycle content: Build and maintain email nurture sequences, newsletter sends (e.g. Mostly Metrics), event promotion emails, and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot. Content distribution: Ensure every piece of content is properly distributed across channels - social, email, website, partner channels. No content dies on the blog. Marketing Operations (≈50%) Website management: Own the Abacum marketing website in Framer. Publish new pages, update existing content, manage landing pages for campaigns, and coordinate with Julieta (Design) on website updates. Marketing analytics: Own PostHog (website analytics + A/B testing), Google Analytics 4, and marketing reporting. Maintain dashboards. Pull weekly data for the demand report. HubSpot operations: Manage lead routing (Default), lead scoring, email workflows, form management, and CRM hygiene. Be the person who knows where every lead goes and why. Tracking & attribution: Maintain server-side tracking (Stape), UTM conventions, and campaign tracking. Ensure every dollar spent can be traced to pipeline. Tool administration: Admin for marketing tech stack including Framer, PostHog, HubSpot, Semrush, Screaming Frog, AirOps, Stape, and related tools. What We're Looking For 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with experience across both content production and marketing operations. You've written content AND you've built workflows — that's the key. Strong HubSpot experience (workflows, lead scoring, email automation, reporting). Comfortable with website CMS platforms (Framer, Webflow, WordPress). You don't need to be a developer, but you can publish pages, update copy, and build landing pages without help. Working knowledge of analytics tools — PostHog, GA4, or similar. You can pull data, build a basic dashboard, and explain what the numbers mean. Solid writing and editing skills. You can produce a clean, on-brand blog post or email se

Our mission is ambitious and we can’t do it alone - join Abacum as we build the future of Business Planning! About the Role Abacum is hiring our first ever Finance Expert in Residence. We 3x'd our revenue in 2025, raised a $60 million Series B, and now we're investing in the voices that will define what modern finance leadership looks like. And this is where you come in. As our Expert in Residence, you will be at the forefront, representing Abacum. You've spent years in FP&A, in the CFO or VP Finance seat, and you've built a reputation along the way. You know what CFOs actually worry about, and you cannot wait to say it out loud. You love learning from peers, connecting people and owning the stage. You’ve been obsessed about how AI is changing the Office of the CFO from Day 1. This role is about bringing the finance community closer to what we're building at Abacum. What You'll Own Community presence: Show up where finance leaders gather: conferences, panels, dinners, online forums. You'll be Abacum's most visible voice in the finance world, in person and online. This isn't a content calendar or a social media schedule, it's genuine participation in conversations that matter to your peers. Narrative promotion: Build and evolve a real perspective on where finance is heading with AI, the changing CFO role, and the future of FP&A. Work with the marketing team to weave that narrative into Abacum's brand. Network development: Bring the right finance leaders, operators, and practitioners closer to Abacum so we’re top of mind for them when the time is right. You're not cold outreaching, you're deepening relationships you already have and building new ones through trust and credibility. Marketing partnership: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to turn your perspectives and relationships into scalable programs, content, and community initiatives. You have the credibility; we'll help you scale it. What We're Looking For A finance practitioner first and foremost. Whether you've spent years in FP&A, held a CFO role, or worked as an operating partner at a VC/PE firm, you can talk to a CFO as a peer and go deep when it matters. If you prefer staying behind the scenes, this isn't the right fit. A nascent public presence. People gravitate toward you. You've naturally built a following online, in person, or both. Not because you've been chasing followers, but because you have something worth following. You're an active participant in the finance community and aren't afraid to share a strong opinion. A natural at public speaking. Whether it's a 500-person conference or an intimate executive dinner, you're energized by those moments and excited to share Abacum’s mission. Whether it’s a 45 min keynote presentation, fireside chat, or 1:1 conversation, you know how to command the room and go deep. An AI-native operator and advocate. You don't talk about AI from the sidelines, you've integrated it into how you work, developed real convictions from that experience, and can hold a substantive conversation about what it means for the future of finance. You translate that into content that people actually want to read,

Our mission is ambitious and we can’t do it alone - join Abacum as we build the future of Business Planning! About the Role Abacum has built the foundations of a working demand generation engine. It helped us 3x our revenue in 2025 and raise an amazing $60 million Series B but now we need someone who can take what's here and scale it to ensure we hit our ambitious growth targets. And this is where you come in! As our Head of Demand Generation , you'll own the marketing-sourced pipeline across all our channels (paid search, paid social, lifecycle email, organic, and emerging). You'll work closely with our Paid Acquisition Specialist in Barcelona, partner with the broader marketing and sales teams to turn our strong foundations into a predictable, high-velocity demand engine. This isn't a "run the ads" role — it's a strategic seat where you'll decide what to build, where to invest, what to scale, what to kill, and what to test next. As the owner of the marketing-sourced pipeline number, you will be in a highly visible and impactful position! What You'll Own Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation plan with clear MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets by channel. Paid acquisition: Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, newsletters and other paid channels across all funnel stages. Allocate budget to highest-ROI channels weekly. Lifecycle & nurture: Build and optimize email nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and lead scoring rules in HubSpot to help turn MQLs into SQOs faster. Experimentation: Run structured tests on channels, messaging, audiences, and landing pages. Maintain an experimentation log. You'll be the one to prove (or disprove) what works for us. Reporting: Own the weekly demand dashboard. Report on pipeline by channel, cost per opp, MQL→SQO conversion, and channel-level ROI. You'll present to the Head of Marketing weekly and to leadership monthly. Competitive & BOFU content coordination: Work with PMM to prioritize content needs and ensure competitive pages, comparison content, and bottom-of-funnel assets are driving pipeline, not just traffic. ABM: Build an ABM strategy to engage, nurture and convert top tier accounts and turn them into opportunities at scale. BDR coordination: Partner with the BDR team lead on outbound campaign alignment, target list quality, and handoff processes. BDRs report into marketing — you'll help shape their inbound follow-up and Tier 2 activation workflows. What We're Looking For Extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation Hands-on experience where pipeline (not MQL’s) is the no1 success metric. Deep comfort with HubSpot (marketing automation, lead scoring, workflows, reporting). Experience working with or coordinating BDR/SDR teams. You don't need to have managed them, but you need to know how outbound and inbound integrate. Analytical mindset — you build dashboards, read funnel data, and make budget decisions based on conversion rates, not gut. Scrappy and resourceful. We don't have a team of 20 or a $2M budget. You need to be comfortable doing the work, not just directing it. Excellent communicat

Our mission is ambitious and we can’t do it alone - join Abacum as we build the future of Business Planning! You own paid. The number, the spend, and the bets on where paid budget goes next. You run the channel day to day: build, optimize, report, and decide where the next dollar goes. Paid is also where a lot of our channel experimentation will happen, so this isn't a maintain-the-account role. You'll test new paid surfaces (connected TV, programmatic, paid social beyond LinkedIn, newsletter and podcast sponsorships) and tell us honestly which ones earn more budget. What you'll own The paid pipeline number and the full paid budget. You optimize channel allocation week to week based on cost per opportunity and downstream conversion, not impressions. Hands-on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads: account structure, audiences, creative needs, bidding, and optimization. You can walk through setting up a campaign from scratch because you do it. New paid-channel experiments, with clear read-outs on what to scale and what to cut. Tracking and attribution hygiene, working with the team on server-side tracking (Stape), product analytics (PostHog), and lead routing (Default), so the paid number you report is one we trust. Creative and landing-page collaboration with design and PMM, since the ad is only half the conversion. Regular ad creative refreshes Weekly paid reporting that ladders into the demand dashboard. What we're looking for A few years of hands-on in paid media, ideally agency-side on B2B SaaS accounts, ready to own a budget in-house, or in-house paid at a growth-stage SaaS company. Deep, current Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads execution. Strategy is fine; we're hiring for the hands. You've managed $1M+ in annual paid spend and made it produce pipeline. Strong analytics. You make spend decisions from conversion data and you understand B2B attribution well enough to know when a number is lying to you. Fast and scrappy. You test, read, and reallocate without waiting for permission on every move. Nice to have: B2B, fintech, or office-of-the-CFO audience experience; curiosity about paid placement on AI-answer surfaces; experience standing up a brand-new paid channel. Why would you want to be our new Performance Marketing Manager... You get a real budget, real ownership of a number, and room to experiment instead of a fixed media plan handed down to you. For an agency operator, it's the move in-house with the autonomy that usually comes with it. NYC or Barcelona both work for the right person, and you'd be plugged into a modern stack and a team that's actively trying new things rather than protecting last year's plan. Our mission is ambitious and we can’t do it alone - join Abacum as we build the future of Business Planning! The Role You won't be managing customer relationships. You won't be doing implementation work. You'll be the person who makes those functions faster, more consistent, and better connected to each other and to the rest of the business. We're hiring for structured thinking and process instinct more than a specific background. The through-line across strong candidates will be the same: you've spent meaningful time close to how GTM teams actually operate, you understand what breaks down in post-sale motions and why, and you have a track record of building the systems and processes that fix it.     What You'll Own Onboarding & handoff operations: Design how customers move from closed-won to fully live, including handoff standards, milestone definitions, escalation protocols, and time-to-value benchmarks. Own the reporting layer and identify where onboarding breaks down. Customer success operations: Build the CS operational infrastructure: health scores, renewal forecasting, expansion tracking, and QBR standardization. Design the playbooks for the moments that matter most: onboarding completion, expansion signals, renewal, churn risk. Post-sale partner operations: Own how partner-delivered implementations are tracked and how partner activity flows into renewal and expansion forecasting. Work closely with the Pre-sale Lead on handoffs and make partner contribution to NRR measurable enough for investor conversations. Post-sale reporting: Own the reporting suite across CS, implementation, and partners. Surface insights, not just numbers. Partner with the Head of Strategy & Operations on board-level narrative for retention and NRR.     How You'll Work This role sits inside the Strategy & Operations function with a cross-functional remit that isn't defined by org chart lines. You'll be embedded across CS, implementation, and partners: attending stand-ups without running them, building health score frameworks with CS leadership rather than for them, designing partner reporting in close collaboration with the partner team. Most of your influence will come through the quality of what you build and the trust you earn with the teams around you. The leaders you work with own their commercial outcomes; your job is to make their operations more effective. That requires earning credibility before trying to change things, and knowing that a process nobody follows is worse than no process at all.     What We're Looking For We're hiring for range here more than a single profile. Strong candidates will come from a few different places: RevOps or BizOps with meaningful post-sale exposure, CS or implementation with heavy informal ops work alongside it, or consulting and strategic finance backgrounds where the work has been applied to GTM problems. What matters is the combination of structured thinking, process instinct, and enough proximity to post-sale teams to understand what they actually need. Specifically: 5-7 years professional experience, with a genuine understanding of the post-sale customer lifecycle: what renewal pressure fee

What the role involves

About Abacum Abacum is the leading Business Planning solution for finance teams to drive performance. By automating reporting, enabling collaboration, and simplifying planning and forecasting, we help finance teams shift from number crunching to driving strategic decisions. Founded in 2020 by two former CFOs, we’ve grown into a global team of 100+ people across 30+ nationalities. Headquartered in New York , we have offices in Toronto and Barcelona. We’re trusted by industry leaders such as Dish Networks, Strava, BetterUp, Kajabi, JG Wentworth, Abridge, Cortex , and hundreds more. We have raised over $100m, closing in June 2025 our $60M Series B, led by Scale Venture Partners , with the strong participation of Cathay Innovation, Y Combinator , Atomico, Creandum, and angel operators from Adyen, Zapier, and Twitch. Our mission is ambitious and we can’t do it alone - join Abacum as we build the future of Business Planning! The Senior Demand Generation Manager is the team's experimentation engine. Your job is to find the next unit of pipeline wherever it's hiding, and you'll be pointed at paid, SEO, AEO, partner-driven distribution, and channels nobody here has tried yet, depending on where the opportunity is. You spin things up fast, measure honestly, then scale what works and kill what doesn't. We're hiring for range and aggression more than a single specialty. Most strong candidates will be T-shaped, with real depth in growth hacking, paid or content syndication, and the ability to operate across the rest. We're also open to less conventional backgrounds for this seat: a GTM engineer who builds growth systems, a former founder who did all of this out of necessity, and a technical marketer who automates rather than grinding manually. If you build, test, and think from first principles, we want to talk. The premise of the role is that AI is changing how this work gets done and how buyers find software, and the standard FP&A demand playbook is going stale. You're the person who treats that as an opening, not a threat. What you'll own The experimentation roadmap: a steady pipeline of structured tests across channels, audiences, messaging, and landing pages, each with a hypothesis and a logged result. New-channel discovery and proof. Connected TV, B2B influencer and partner voices, communities, Reddit, content syndication, programmatic, AI-answer surfaces: figure out which ones produce a pipeline for us and which are noise. The systems that make experiments cheap to run. You'll build with modern tooling (automation in n8n, enrichment in Clay, AI in the loop, scripting where it helps) so testing fast is the default, not a project. Hands-on execution across whatever you're testing. This is a building role, not a directing one. Honest measurement. You instrument what you launch and you're the first to call your own experiment dead. What we're looking for A few years in growth, demand, or growth marketing, T-shaped with depth in paid or content syndication, or an adjacent builder profile (GTM engineer, ex-founder, technical marketer). A bias to action and comfort with ambiguity. You don't wait for a brief; you find the opportunity and build toward it. You think from first principles. You can look at a channel everyone "knows" doesn't work for B2B and decide for yourself whether that's still true. Comfortable with modern tooling and automation. Bonus if you've used AI to do things that used to take a team. You read data and make calls from it. You're not precious about ideas that aren't working. You're genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping demand and search, and you'd rather build for that than defend the old playbook. Nice to have: B2B SaaS or office-of-the-CFO audience experience; AEO/GEO work; PostHog or similar; a portfolio of weird experiments that worked (or failed instructively). Why take it Most senior demand roles hand you a channel and a target. This one hands you a mandate to find what's next a
