What the role involves
Application Link - https://zuddl.keka.com/careers/jobdetails/121072 Zuddl is the unified events platform that gives B2B marketing teams complete ownership of their brand, their data, and their pipeline impact — across conferences, field events, webinars, and trade shows. Instead of duct-taping point solutions together or waiting on agencies and web dev queues, teams at Figma, CrowdStrike. Iterable, and Grafana Labs use Zuddl to design pixel-perfect event experiences, launch programs in minutes, and prove revenue impact back to the business — all from one platform they actually control. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Experimentation velocity - You'd build workflows that collapse research from days to hours, generate prototypes in minutes, route approvals automatically, and instrument tracking from the start. End-to-End Workflows - Content engineering, sales intel, competitive tracking, account book intel - imagine what’s possible when these run always-on and at scale. Decision Latency - Shipping campaigns and experiments shouldn't need five tools and three people. You identify where handoffs slow things down and build solutions that eliminate the friction. Learning Loops - Before building anything, you understand what actually constrains the work. Talk to the team. Identify bottlenecks; limiting assumptions. Hypothesize cleanly, test and learn methodically. What Success Looks Like Experiments ship in 2 days instead of a week Content, competitive intel, and sales messaging run on autopilot instead of requiring daily manual work The success rate of experiments increases from compounded learning Culture defaults to “where can AI help with this” instead of “do we have bandwidth.” What We're Looking For Experience: 3–5+ years building technical solutions for growth, marketing ops, ABM or product-led growth in B2B SaaS. Track record of shipping AI workflows or automation that created step-function improvements. Comfortable moving fast in ambiguous environments. Technical foundation: Coding fundamentals to build and ship (Python, JavaScript, SQL). Comfortable with APIs and webhooks. Strong prompt engineering. Systems thinking. Rapid prototyping. Judgment about when to build, buy, or duct-tape. How you think: You diagnose problems before building solutions. You can tell when a bottleneck is cognitive (synthesis takes days), coordination (approvals take a week), or technical (data lives in five systems). You think through second-order effects. If you automate content drafting, does review become the new bottleneck? If you eliminate approval steps, what breaks? You'd rather ship three working prototypes than architect one perfect system. You know when a constraint is real versus just how things have always been done. Why You Want To Work Here Competitive compensation Employee-Friendly ESOPs Remote working with an option to rent coworking spaces Flexible Leave Program Home Workstation Setup A culture built on trust, transparency, and integrity Ground floor opportunity at a fast-growing Series A startup

Funding and finances
Why this matters to you: funding stage is a rough proxy for how long the runway is and how much structure to expect. It is not a promise, and a profitable bootstrapped company can be the safer bet.
Check the company’s own careers page — linked at the top — before a job board. A role appears there first, sometimes weeks before it is syndicated anywhere else.
