Your Role We’re hiring a Director of Product Management / Group Product Manager (experience dependent) to lead our Procure-to-Pay product group. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling Zip’s Procure-to-Pay product line, a critical revenue driver for Zip. Your teams will oversee purchase order issuance /management, AP automation workflows, and global payments and card platforms. Join us! Your Role We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who is passionate about transforming how companies transact and manage their B2B spend. We are looking for leadership across our Payments and Integration Platform product lines. You will lead the charge to innovate and scale Zip’s product with enterprise-grade correctness, and scalability, as well as consumer-grade user experience. You Will Get experience building teams from the ground up and successfully managing large teams of 10-15 engineers. Build a robust team by attracting and hiring top talent and growing individuals. Design and implement processes to help the team scale and be productive, while also allowing for agility. Provide hands-on technical leadership on multiple fronts (architecture / design, code reviews, quality assurance, and incident management) as well as set long-term technical visions and goals for the team. What the role involves

The Identity team is responsible for the platforms that manage user access and data confidentiality for customers. As a Software Engineer on the team, you will take on a dynamic role, developing core customer-facing identity products, such as authentication/authorization, user account security, and encryption key management.
