The Role As a founding engineer, you’ll be working directly with the CTO to design and build the core systems that power our AI agents. You’ll own entire features across the stack and help set the technical and cultural foundation of Tivara. Some of the problems you might tackle:  Voice AI Architecture - Build the core platform connecting telephony, LLMs, and models to power thousands of low-latency patient ↔ agent conversations. You’ll be pushing the limits of Voice AI infrastructure in a fast-evolving space AI-Native Post-Call Workflows - Automate what happens after a call, from charting to scheduling. You’ll design evaluation frameworks and ship production-ready AI agents that form the backbone of our “agentic workforce.” This is a true zero-to-one opportunity: your work will be foundational, highly visible, and directly tied to millions in revenue.
