About The Role As one of the first hires in Sales, you’ll have outsized impact on Terrakotta’s growth trajectory and culture. You’re not joining to “run a script” you’ll help build the playbook. About the role Terrakotta is the AI prospecting platform commercial real estate teams use to find better deals faster: ownership data, tenant intelligence, and a dialer built for serious outbound volume. We've proven the model in CRE brokerage and we're now expanding into commercial lending. We're hiring a Founding Full Cycle AE to drive that motion end-to-end. This isn't a list-pulling, button-pushing role. You'll be in the room as we figure out who buys, what hooks, and how the motion works. You'll source the pipeline, run the demos, and close the deals. About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically strong Associate Product Manager to join Terrakotta. This is an ideal role for someone with a Computer Science background who wants to work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer experience. You will work directly with customers, participate in onboarding, and get significant customer airtime. You will see firsthand how the product is used in the real world. Your job is to ensure what we build delivers value by validating ideas, observing behavior, and driving continuous product improvement. What You’ll Do Support onboarding and early customer experience Participate in onboarding new customers. Help get them live quickly, guide them through the product, and ensure a smooth initial experience. Work directly with customers (high airtime) Spend significant time with users on calls and in their workflows. Stay close to how the product performs in real usage. Own product quality and releases Ensure new features and improvements meet a high bar before and after launch. Validate functionality and catch edge cases.
