We combine cutting-edge AI with thoughtful product design to make complex systems feel seamless and intuitive. We’re looking for a Frontend Design Engineer to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering — you’ll help shape how our product looks, feels, and works, turning ideas into experiences that customers love. What You’ll Do Build and refine user-facing features for our web applications. Translate design concepts into intuitive, production-ready interfaces. Work across design and engineering to create smooth, consistent experiences. Help define and maintain patterns, components, and visual standards. Prototype, experiment, and iterate quickly based on user and team feedback. Balance polish with speed — knowing when to ship and when to refine. What We’re Looking For Experience working in product design and/or front-end engineering roles. Experience with enterprise SaaS products. Comfort moving between Figma (or similar) and React/TypeScript (or similar). A strong eye for detail, usability, and visual design. FDSEs work side by side with our customers, rapidly understanding their toughest issues; architecting and building solutions that leverage Simple AI’s best in class Voice AI to solve them. Ability and interest to travel up to 25%, as needed to client sites, but flexible based on personal preferences.

We help all kinds of big businesses handle their phone operations, from customer support and order intake at e-commerce stores, to lead qualification for insurance brokers. The role We're looking to hire a versatile full-stack engineer to join us in-person at our SF office as our second hire and founding engineer. This is your chance to work at the forefront of voice AI technology with a massive market opportunity. You’ll work on developing, evaluating, and deploying state-of-the-art LLM and voice systems that push the limits of conversational AI. You’ll also help implement our solutions for big customers. As a founding engineer, you should be self-motivated and passionate about joining an early-stage startup tackling a massive market. We’re looking for people who want to have large ownership and work closely with customers to build products they'll love. What you'll need 2+ years of relevant work experience. Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for addressing technical challenges. A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills and interest in product design and prioritization.
