What the role involves
Full-Time · Early Team About You're the operational backbone of a scaling company. Right now, the CEO is chasing deals, the Head of Customer Success is managing implementations, and Engineering is building product — but clinics are signing contracts faster than our small team can manage! We need someone who can own the follow-ups, track the commitments, and be the person everyone knows will get it done. You'll work across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, translating between teams, catching small details, and supporting the operational systems that let the company scale. The Role You're the owner of operational follow-through. You'll partner with the CEO on sales pipeline management, work with the Head of Customer Success on client implementations, and coordinate with Engineering to ensure customer loops are completed. What You'll Do Own sales pipeline follow-up and deal operations Manage pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy on behalf of the CEO Track all commitments made to prospects and ensure timely follow-ups Prepare sales materials, proposals, and deal documentation Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and calendar management for sales activities Flag blockers, delays, and at-risk deals to leadership immediately Monitor sales metrics and alert on trends Manage customer implementations and success tracking Partner with Head of Customer Success to track implementation timelines and delivery against commitments Coordinate client onboarding, success check-ins, and renewal conversations Maintain client health scores, success metrics, and account documentation Flag at-risk accounts and engagement gaps early Support contract renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities Serve as the single point of contact for internal customer follow-ups What We're Looking For Required 1–3 years in operations, sales support, customer success, or related roles with a track record of shipping processes and delivering results Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch what others miss Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Linear, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication — you translate across sales, success, and technical teams effortlessly Comfort with ambiguity and moving fast — you prioritize ruthlessly and adapt as needs change Relentless problem-solver — you anticipate needs and flag issues before they blow up Obsessive about follow-through — a commitment made is a commitment tracked to completion Nice Additions Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment Interest in healthcare Direct sales or customer success experience Data analysis skills and experience creating dashboards or reports Knowledge of process automation (Zapier, Make, API integrations, etc.) Experience working with enterprise or regulated-industry customers What We Offer Competitive salary + early-team equity Direct visibility and influence — your work directly impacts how the company scales Mentorship from CEO and leadership team across sales, success, and product strategy Rapid skill development across go-to-market and operations Clear path to ownership in Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops, or Operations roles A role where nothing you do gets lost — every follow-up, every process, every insight you build becomes organizational habit We've done the hardest thing in healthcare: proven distribution. You'll be the person who makes the product a reality for the patients.
What the role involves
NYC (Hybrid) | Full Time | Early Team About Simbie AI There are never enough staff in a medical practice, physician or non-clinical, to handle all the work to be done — from reviewing patients’ test results, to calling patients to discuss them, to answering patient calls about scheduling and clinical questions, to calling patients to check if they’re taking meds rights. Simbie is the clinically intelligent AI voice agent that automates and expands all of this work, saving practices time and money while adding patient touchpoints that save lives, but that practices can’t afford human staff for. We're the first platform executing AI workflows requiring real clinical judgment, directly in the EHR. We're YC-backed, distribution is proven, and we're signing customers faster than we can currently bring them live. That's the problem we need you to solve. About the Role Every new customer means taking our AI agents from handshake to production — wired into their EHR, validated against their clinical workflows, and running reliably from day one. Right now that path is too slow for the rate we're signing. We're hiring a Product Engineer to own and accelerate it. You'll work across the full stack but anchor in infrastructure: the deployment pipeline, EHR integrations, multi-tenant systems, and the observability that tells us our agents are doing the right thing in production. This isn't a pure platform or SRE role — you'll be close to customers and clinical workflows, while building the systems that let us launch the next customer in days instead of weeks. You're a great fit if you want to turn a high-touch, founder-driven onboarding process into repeatable, self-serve infrastructure — and own scale and reliability of the product. What You'll Do Own the path from signed customer to live in production: provisioning, EHR integration, configuration, and go-live, then make that path faster and more repeatable every time. Build and harden integrations with EHR systems (FHIR, HL7, vendor APIs) so new customers connect with less custom work. Design multi-tenant infrastructure that lets us onboard and isolate customers safely and at speed. Build the deploy, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code that make launches fast and rollbacks safe. Instrument agent behavior in production — logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting — so we know our AI is making the right clinical judgments, and we catch it when it doesn't. Ship full-stack product features end-to-end alongside the infra work; the two aren't separate here. Own reliability for systems doing patient-facing clinical work, including on-call and turning incidents into permanent fixes. Build internal tooling so onboarding a customer stops requiring an engineer in the loop. What We're Looking For 3+ years building and operating production software as a full-stack or backend engineer. Strong with Python and React and able to ship a full-stack feature on your own. Experience building and operating integrations against third-party or partner APIs. Solid grasp of observability and debugging in production: logs, metrics, traces, and the instincts to use them. A bias toward shipping and a high tolerance for the ambiguity of an early-stage, fast-moving environment. Nice to Have Experience with healthcare data and standards (FHIR, HL7, EHR integrations) — or eagerness to go deep fast. Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, PHI handling, and building under compliance constraints. Experience taking a product through rapid customer growth, where onboarding velocity was the bottleneck. Background building internal platforms or self-serve tooling that removed engineers from a manual loop. Experience deploying or operating LLM-based / agentic systems in production. What We Offer Competitive salary: $130,000-$200,000 + meaningful early-stage equity Health insurance A YC-backed company with proven distribution, signing customers fast — your work directly unblocks growth A small NYC team where you ship every day and your i

What the role involves
NYC · Full-Time · Early Team About Simbie AI automates the 1.5–2 hours of clinical judgment work physicians do outside visits — labs, patient calls, refills, post-op check-ins, pre-visit intake. We're the first platform executing AI workflows requiring real clinical judgment, embedded directly in EHRs. YC-backed, distribution proven. Now we need engineers who can take our AI agents from handshake to production with every new customer - at the speed we’re signing (too fast to keep up!) The Role You're the technical owner of customer deployments — from scoping through go-live and beyond. You'll work alongside the Onboarding & Customer Success team who own the relationship, while you own the build: integrations, custom workflows, and making agents actually work in the wild. This isn't a support role. You'll ship production code, debug live integrations, and shape the product from what you learn in the field. You'll be the bridge between our platform and the complexity of real health systems. The ideal candidate is a self-directed production engineer who thrives on direct customer interaction. You've shipped integrations in complex environments, can shift between deep technical work and explaining it to non-technical people, and are genuinely motivated by the healthcare mission. This is not a support engineer role. It's an engineer who happens to work closely with customers — the best of both worlds for someone who wants technical depth AND customer impact. What You'll Do Own customer deployments end-to-end Lead technical scoping, build, and go-live for medical practice implementations Configure and deploy production AI agents tailored to each customer's specialty, workflows, and patient population Build EHR integrations across FHIR and HL7 interfaces Launch agents that handle thousands of real patient interactions daily Solve gnarly integration problems Debug live issues across phone systems, EHRs, scheduling platforms, and patient engagement tools Architect solutions for healthcare's real complexity — insurance verification, appointment rules, clinical protocols Build tooling and automation that makes every future deployment faster and more reliable Optimize agent performance in production using real-world data and customer feedback Shape the product from the field Partner directly with Product Engineering to influence platform direction based on what you learn on the ground Identify patterns across implementations that become repeatable product features Work with Sales to scope technical requirements and demo capabilities to prospects Be the voice of the customer — you see what works, what doesn't, and what's actually needed What We're Looking For Required 3+ years of software engineering with a track record of shipping production code Proficiency in Python; comfortable reading and writing across the stack Strong experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and working across multiple systems Excellent communication — you can explain a gnarly integration issue to a physician or an ops director Comfortable with ambiguity; you build forward when the path isn't clear Scrappy and resourceful — you find a way, not an excuse Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient access Nice additions Experience with EHR systems or practice management platforms Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data standards Previous customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation work Background in AI/LLM applications or agent development Familiarity with voice/telephony systems (Twilio, etc.) Experience working with enterprise or regulated-industry customers What We Offer Competitive salary + early-team equity Real technical ownership — not ticket work Agents you deploy touch thousands of patients, improve patient care and outcomes, and shape how medicine is practiced today Small, high-trust team; latest AI tooling and compute We've done the hardest thing in healthcare: proven distribution.
