About the Role You'll own the design and development of Sim’s visual, agent-building platform—the canvas where developers build, connect, and launch AI agents. From architecture to polished interactions, you'll define how thousands of developers visually create with Sim. Your work blends UI/UX design with engineering, shaping the interface, experience, and real-time systems at the heart of our product. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and product to deliver a seamless agent-building journey from initial creation through to production. This is a foundational role. About the Role This is a foundational role: Sim is hiring our first GTM Engineer to build the company’s go-to-market and RevOps infrastructure from the ground up. You won’t just optimize existing workflows—you'll architect them. You’ll partner directly with leadership to define, implement, and scale our GTM systems, automations, and data flows. If you want to operate as a technical founder for our GTM function and ship quickly with massive ownership, this role is for you. You'll work full-time, in-person, out of our San Francisco office.
