We’re looking for a Recruiting Lead to help us scale the early team that will reshape global trade. As our first recruiting hire, you’ll own the full hiring funnel — from sourcing exceptional talent to designing interview processes that reflect Reform’s culture of high standards, speed, and curiosity. This is a hands-on, strategic role: you’ll work directly with the founders and technical leads to identify hiring priorities, shape our employer brand, and build relationships with top engineers, product thinkers, and GTM talent. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles — from sourcing to close. Partner closely with founders to define roles, processes, evaluation rubrics, and People Ops/HR-related pieces. Build creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional, mission-aligned candidates. Design and refine candidate experiences that are fast, rigorous, and human. Implement early recruiting systems, tools, and data workflows to scale hiring efficiently.
