About The Role Reports to: Head of Customer Success We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Customer Success Manager to own post-sale success for enterprise customers in a regulated healthcare environment. This role is focused on onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion, with a strong emphasis on driving customer outcomes and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
