We looking for someone to bridge the gap between our customers and our engineering team, helping customers get the most out of the product as it is today and help our engineering team learn what is needed from the product tomorrow. You will work with our customers post sale to understand how our product fits into their existing workflow, mapping out how to integrate with their existing systems and data with our product. You will then own the initial customer relationship as they get going, helping them adopt and configure the product to meet their needs. This role is based in San Fransisco in office with occasional travel to meet with customers. Build the outbound engine that fills the founder's calendar with qualified discovery calls and turns them into customers. You own pipeline cold to qualified, run discovery, and graduate into mid-market and enterprise closes yourself. Founder closes to start. By Month 6 you should be running deals. What You'll Do Cold outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn. ~250 dials, ~250 personalized emails, and 100 LinkedIn messages per week. You will own large, ambiguous problem areas and ship production AI agents used daily by sales teams, operators, and plant managers. In your first 30 days, you may: Visit a customer plant or office to understand how their current processes run, collecting insight on product requirements Build an end to end agent that handles complex quoting, pricing, inventory management, procurement, or scheduling. Plan and build an integration with an ERP or CRM. Prototype a new product feature, test with real customers, and iterate. Design simple, high leverage product experiences. What you will work on?
