What PermitPortal does
We are building workflows to help developers go from finding and closing development sites to getting a building permit faster. PermitPortal accelerates the most critical parts of the pre-construction phase: finding the right sites, understanding entitlements and navigating local development sentiment.

What the role involves
PermitPortal gives development teams the intelligence to pick the right site, the visibility to keep projects on track and We're an applied AI company tackling one of the most consequential information problems in real estate: understanding which jurisdictions will approve a project, where and how to develop it, how long it will actually take, and what's changing on the ground before it becomes a delay. Every major development project (data center, industrial facility, solar farm, manufacturing plant) runs through years of local government decisions driven by public data that nobody has organized. We build AI agents that continuously monitor regulatory environments, extract signal from government records, and surface the intelligence that moves billion-dollar decisions from gut feel to evidence. We work with some of the largest data center developers in the country. The infrastructure buildout just getting started and power, permitting, local negative ordinances and community sentiment are all challenges we track and help navigate.
