What the role involves
Director, Customer Experience About the role: Curri is seeking a Director, Customer Experience to own and transform the company's customer and driver support function from end to end, not traditional CX. Support is Curri's most direct touchpoint with every customer and driver we serve, and right now it needs a dedicated leader with a real mandate to build, not just manage. In this role, you will inherit a fragmented support org and turn it into a scalable, agentic-first function that raises quality across every channel while reducing cost-to-serve, reporting directly to the COO who is personally invested in AI-first operations. What you will do: Own end-to-end support for customers and drivers across account support, live delivery support (phone and chat), and driver support. Build and ship agentic CX in production, including triage, resolution routing, escalation handling, and systematic rebalancing of BPO, AI, and human support. Set and hold a high quality bar across all channels, informed by the real expectations of customers and drivers, and build the infrastructure to track and act on it continuously. Own the driver payment experience end-to-end: payment terms, invoice disputes, payout escalations, 1099 compliance, and Stripe gap resolution. Stay closer to the front line than anyone else on the leadership team by consistently listening to calls and reading chats. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth to build the CX roadmap, including agentic infrastructure, automation, and systems that raise quality and reduce cost-to-serve. Lead headcount planning and staffing strategy, balancing automation-first thinking with coverage realities across markets and time zones. What you need to have: Deep customer and driver obsession, with a genuine drive to listen to calls, read chats, and get into the weeds of the support experience rather than manage it from a distance. Builder-first mindset that defaults to solutions over headcount, with demonstrated ability to replace manual processes with automated alternatives and iterate quickly without a large engineering team. Analytical and operationally sharp, with the ability to self-diagnose issues fast, cut to the "so what" on CSAT and cost-to-serve metrics, and make clear calls on when to automate vs. keep human. Experienced resource strategist, able to sequence and deploy FTEs, BPOs, and AI against the right problems at the right cost while thinking in coverage, quality, and unit economics simultaneously. Full ownership orientation, treating support quality as a personal responsibility and building Product and Engineering partnerships to make CX a competitive advantage rather than a cost center. Bonus points for: Having shipped agentic CX in production, not just piloted it. Background in a hyper-growth environment where customer experience was a competitive differentiator, not overhead. Experience managing a CX or support function in a marketplace, gig economy, or high-volume logistics environment. Managing a BPO relationship with strict accountability and/or driving a meaningful BPO-to-AI transition. Owning a payments or financial support function alongside core CX, including payout disputes, 1099s, or compliance. What is in it for you? Direct ownership of Curri's customer and driver support function, with a clear mandate to build the system rather than inherit and maintain one. High-visibility role reporting directly to the COO, with room to experiment and ship AI-first support infrastructure. Opportunity to make CSAT a genuine competitive advantage at a company where support is the most direct touchpoint with every customer and driver we serve. Competitive salary, equity compensation, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K). Preference for Ventura, CA office presence but flexibility for a 3x per week hybrid or remote role. Director, Delivery Operations About the role: Curri is seeking a Director, Delivery Operations to own and scale the function responsible for every delivery we fulfill and the reliability customers depend on. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery operations across fulfillment and live delivery experience, setting the strategy and accountability systems that define what excellent delivery execution looks like at Curri. You will drive measurable leverage from a large people team through process improvement, automation, and AI tooling, building the systems and culture that allow Curri to scale without proportional headcount growth. What you will do: Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy to scale Delivery Operations efficiently, with full accountability for delivery quality metrics across the delivery lifecycle. Identify and eliminate unnecessary manual processes through workflow redesign, automation, and partnership with Product and Engineering, deploying agentic solutions that shift team focus to the exceptions that require human judgment. Set and maintain clear SLAs and accountability systems at every level of the org, grounded in the real expectations of customers and drivers. Lead, coach, and develop a multi-layer team of frontline managers and agents across multiple functions, with a clear bar for performance and growth. Lead headcount planning across markets and time zones with an automation-first mindset, and periodically work IC roles and go on deliveries to maintain a firsthand understanding of the business. What you need to have: First-principles operational thinking, with the ability to understand jobs at the IC level and build systems from real knowledge rather than high-level assumptions. A build-first approach to problem solving that defaults to curiosity, high agency, and experimentation with a track record of shipping vs just scoping. Experienced people leadership across large, multi-function teams, including developing first-time managers, scaling accountability, and addressing performance gaps decisively. Strong analytical execution, with the ability to set SLAs, track them obsessively, and move from data to action without stopping at the analysis. 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive operations environment (logistics, last-mile delivery, marketplace, e-commerce, or similar). Bonus points for: Experience building AI-based automation or workflows that improved an outcome, not just wrote better emails. Background scaling a function in a high-volume, high-stakes environment. A track record of turning high performers into force multipliers and creating leverage through elimination, simplification, or automation. What is in it for you? Direct, end-to-end ownership of the operations function that touches every Curri delivery, with high cross-functional visibility across Product, Engineering, and Supply. Autonomy to rebuild systems from the ground up, pushing the frontier rather than maintaining the status quo. Competitive salary, equity compensation, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K). On-site in Ventura, CA, embedded with the core team driving Curri's growth. Who are we? We are Curri, and our mission is to be the way the world delivers construction and industrial supplies. What the role involves
GTM Engineer The role: Curri's GTM team runs fast — and it's about to run faster. As our GTM Engineer, you'll own the full revenue technology stack beyond Salesforce: every integration, automation, and AI-powered workflow connecting our sales and marketing tools to the way our GTM team works day to day. This is a greenfield build. There's no legacy playbook to inherit, no process debt to untangle — just a high-growth company that's fully committed to AI and a team of early adopters ready to use what you build. If you've been waiting for a role where you can prove that AI-native operations can outperform traditional headcount- and software-heavy approaches, this is it. What you will do: Own, manage, and optimize Curri's GTM revenue technology stack — including HubSpot, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Natterbox — along with their integrations into Salesforce, and serve as backup Salesforce developer and administrator. Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and automations using Claude/LLM agents and workflow platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) to eliminate manual processes and scale GTM output across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Partner with GTM leaders to gather requirements, document solutions, and drive projects from discovery through build, testing, and enablement — ensuring every solution actually gets used. Serve as the internal AI champion for the Revenue Operations team — identifying high-impact automation opportunities, upleveling teammates' AI fluency, and spreading knowledge across the GTM organization. Solve internal customer pain points for the field team by building optimized workflows, improving data quality and accessibility, and creating self-service reporting and dashboards. Partner closely with Curri's primary Salesforce Administrator on integration architecture, data model decisions, and cross-system workflows — providing backup SFDC development and administration support as needed. What you need to have: A systems-builder mindset — you design scalable automations and processes before defaulting to manual work or additional headcount, and you think naturally in workflows, integrations, and leverage. Demonstrable, hands-on experience shipping production-grade AI work — Claude/LLM agents, AI-powered automations, or workflow systems that drove measurable results. Experimentation doesn't count; we want to see what you've built and what happened. Technical breadth across the revenue tech stack — working knowledge of Salesforce (required), Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier), and data integration patterns. The ability to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders — you can translate a sales leader's pain point into a technical requirement, build the solution, and then enable the team to actually adopt it. Full ownership in a low-structure environment — you operate independently, set your own priorities, and take accountability for outcomes, not just tasks. You're comfortable in the gray. Bonus points: You've built and shipped AI agent workflows in production — not a demo, not a side project, but something running in the real world with measurable results. Background in B2B SaaS, logistics, marketplaces, supply chain, or a similarly complex operational environment. Non-traditional path — engineering, product, operations, consulting — with strong AI fluency. We care about what you've built, not what your title was. SFDC Certified Administrator or HubSpot Administrator certification. What's in it for you: You will have the opportunity to work for a dynamic and successful start-up on a diverse team where you can make a huge impact by doing meaningful work. Significant and meaningful responsibilities from Day 1. The possibilities are limitless and depend on you. There is no work/life — there is only life, and we want your time at Curri to be life-giving and foster the best version of you

What the role involves
The role: We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end success of Curri’s SaaS business, with Route Planner as the current flagship product. This role operates as the business owner for SaaS — defining product vision, driving adoption, and translating customer needs into a roadmap that grows usage, retention, and revenue over the next 12–24 months. This is a build-and-scale role, not a maintenance role. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to turn Curri’s operational expertise into scalable, revenue-generating software products that directly shape Curri’s long-term SaaS strategy. What you will do: Define and own the long-term product vision and growth strategy for Curri’s Route Planner and broader SaaS offerings. Act as the business owner for SaaS, prioritizing investments based on customer impact, revenue potential, and strategic value. Anticipate enterprise customer needs and translate workflows into intuitive, high-impact product solutions. Partner closely with Engineering to ship software quickly and iteratively, balancing speed with quality. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure products are effectively positioned, adopted, and expanded. Lead customer discovery and validation efforts to de-risk new SaaS product ideas. Prepare and present clear updates on product strategy, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership. What you need to have: 7+ years of experience in software product management with demonstrated success scaling a SaaS product from 0–1 or 0–10. Strong bias toward action with a proven ability to partner closely with engineering teams to deliver iteratively. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive clarity across competing priorities. Ability to clearly communicate complex initiatives and inspire teams around a shared product vision. Strategic, big-picture mindset with hands-on execution skills. Bonus Points: Experience building or scaling logistics or operations-focused SaaS products. Former founder or early-stage operator experience. Background working directly with enterprise customers. What’s in it for you: You’ll have the opportunity to own and shape Curri’s SaaS strategy from the ground up, with meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to executive leadership. This is a high-impact role where your decisions will directly influence Curri’s growth, product direction, and long-term business model. What the role involves
About the role: Curri is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Technology team as a Product Engineer with real ownership over outcomes. Curri runs last-mile logistics for national retailers and industrial suppliers across the US, and our engineering bar is moving up: we need engineers who pick up a problem, scope it themselves, talk to the stakeholder living it, and ship without waiting for a perfect spec. In this role, you will work in weekly shipping loops across the full stack, use AI tooling as a daily force multiplier, and leave measurable evidence of your impact in every system you touch. What you will do: Own engineering problems end-to-end: talk to the stakeholder, scope the solution, ship to production, measure results, and iterate without waiting for a fully-formed ticket. Ship multiple surfaces per quarter in weekly loops, with a clean answer to "what shipped this week and what did it tell us?" every cycle. Build across the full stack as the problem demands, including backend services in TypeScript, Node, Postgres, NATS, and Redis alongside customer-facing or internal UI in React and React Native. Use AI tooling fluently every day, including Claude Code in plan and edit modes, Cursor, and Claude for design and code review, and take full ownership of everything you ship with it. Make architectural decisions that scale, leave systems better than you found them, and partner with Platform and Infrastructure to move the codebase in the right direction. Get context directly from the people closest to the problem — PMs, ops, drivers, customers — ask the hard scope questions early, and keep cross-functional stakeholders informed throughout What you need to have: 6+ years of experience building production software with a product engineer mindset: comfortable with broad scope and little spec, with the expectation that you will define the work rather than wait for it to be handed to you. Full-stack range across backend systems (TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, NATS) and UI (React), with the confidence to cross lines as the problem demands rather than staying in a familiar lane. Fluency with AI-paired delivery through daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent agents, with a clear sense of when to use plan mode, when to drive the agent, and when to write the line yourself, and a consistent habit of reviewing AI output critically before it ships. Systems thinking that extends beyond feature delivery, with the ability to reason about scale, reliability, latency, and cost and design for the system you will need rather than the one that just works today. Direct, proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders: you ask hard scope questions early, don't go dark for weeks, and earn trust by keeping people informed. Bonus points for: Shipped production code using Claude Code or a similar agent in the last six months and can speak to where it accelerated your work and where it led you astray. Experience in a small-team or startup environment where the spec arrived as a Slack message and you had to turn it into a shipped outcome. Ownership of a measurable metric such as latency, reliability, conversion, or cycle time, not just a shipped feature. Experience mentoring less-senior engineers on product engineering practices or AI-paired delivery. What is in it for you? Real ownership over engineering outcomes at a company where the spec is often a conversation with a driver, dispatcher, or ops lead rather than a Jira ticket handed down from product. A genuinely AI-forward engineering culture where Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and Bedrock are in daily use, with room to push what AI-paired delivery looks like on a production stack. Competitive salary, equity compensation, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K). Remote-friendly with flexibility, or based at HQ in Ventura, CA. A high-growth, mission-driven environment where your work has direct and mea

The Role: Curri is looking for a Senior Talent Partner, Go-To-Market to own and scale recruiting across our revenue-generating teams, including Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and other customer-facing functions. This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced in-house recruiter who thrives in a high-growth, builder environment. You will lead end-to-end GTM recruiting while partnering closely with executive leaders and hiring managers to design, improve, and operationalize Curri’s GTM hiring processes as we scale. You will play a critical role in shaping Curri’s talent strategy, strengthening our hiring foundations, and ensuring we consistently attract and close top-tier GTM talent. This is an onsite role, working out of our Ventura office. A relocation reimbursement will be paid to those willing to relocate to Ventura, CA What you will do: Own full-cycle recruiting for all Go-To-Market roles, including Outside Sales, Account Managers, Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales, Revenue Operations, and related customer-facing functions. Serve as the primary recruiting partner to GTM leadership, driving alignment on hiring priorities, success profiles, and long-term workforce planning. Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and interview strategies. Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, talent availability trends, and data-backed hiring recommendations. Design, improve, and document GTM recruiting processes to support scale, speed, and quality. Partner with leadership to refine interview structures, scorecards, and decision-making frameworks. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the recruiting funnel and implement practical, scalable solutions. Establish best practices for candidate communication, hiring manager engagement, and offer execution. Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience with clear communication, timely feedback, and thoughtful engagement. Own ATS (Lever or similar) workflows, data hygiene, and reporting accuracy. Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill, new-hire quality, hiring manager satisfaction) and share insights with stakeholders. Continuously raise the bar on how Curri shows up to candidates in a competitive GTM hiring market. What you need to have: This role is strictly in-house recruiting. Agency experience alone is not a fit. 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with deep focus on Go-To-Market roles (Sales, AM, RevOps, or similar). Proven success leading full-cycle GTM recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of building and converting outbound pipelines. Experience partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers as a strategic advisor. Demonstrated ability to build, improve, and scale recruiting processes, not just execute within them. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously. Hands-on experience with Lever or a comparable ATS. Builder mentality with a bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement. Bonus points for: Experience scaling GTM teams at a high-growth startup or tech-enabled marketplace. Prior ownership of GTM hiring strategy during periods of rapid headcount growth. Experience partnering with RevOps or Sales leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts. What’s in it for you? Opportunity to own and shape GTM recruiting at a rapidly growing, mission-driven company. High autonomy and visibility working directly with Curri’s GTM and executive leadership. Collaborative, transparent, and builder-focused startup culture. Competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k)). Remote-friendly environment with flexibility and trust. We believe there is no work/life—there is only life, and we want your time at Curri to be life-giving and foster the best version of you. Who are we?

The role: We’re looking for a Sr Manager, Operations Strategy to own Curri’s most complex, cross-functional operational initiatives and provide leverage to Operations leadership. This role operates as an extension of Ops leadership — driving clarity, execution, and results across high-stakes initiatives that don’t fit neatly within a single team. You will be trusted to take ambiguous problems, establish ownership, and deliver measurable business impact. What you will do: Own and drive Curri’s highest-priority, cross-functional Operations initiatives end-to-end. Lead Operations goal setting, KPI definition, reporting, and business reviews. Identify operational gaps and push solutions through execution with rigor and accountability. Provide clear, concise analysis, recommendations, and updates to executive leadership. Serve as a force multiplier for Operations leadership by taking full ownership of complex, ambiguous work. What you will do: Ability to take ambiguous, cross-functional problems and own them end-to-end. Strong operational judgment with a demonstrated ability to balance depth vs. speed. Proven track record of driving execution without formal authority. Highly analytical mindset; comfortable using data to diagnose issues and make decisions. Clear, direct communication skills with senior leaders and operators. Bonus Points: Experience in marketplace or complex operations environments. Background in operations strategy or business operations roles at a fast growing company. Experience at high-scale operators (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Flexport, Lyft) or top-tier consulting / investment banking firms. Demonstrated history of true ownership — not just advisory work. What's in it for you: True ownership of Curri’s hardest operational problems with real business impact. Direct partnership with executive leadership and high visibility across the company. Opportunity to shape how Curri operates at scale. Remote-friendly role with preference for Ventura-based candidates. Competitive compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, and equity. Who are we? We are Curri and our mission is to be the way the world delivers construction and industrial supplies. Curri provides on-demand, last-mile logistics for construction and adjacent industries with our nationwide fleet of cars, trucks, and flatbeds. Curri was founded in 2018 and was a part of the YC S19 Batch. Employees work out of our office in Ventura, CA, but the majority of our fast-growing start-up operates remotely, with over 100 employees spread across the United States. We're solving a massive, global problem of inefficiency in the construction industry through innovative technology and AI-driven solutions.
