This role offers the opportunity to lead, innovate, and shape the future of the company and make a real difference. Joining the team, you will have the following responsibilities: Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s technology and product roadmaps; Define and implement scalable, efficient, and secure technology architecture and design principles; Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive product innovations; Oversee the full life cycle of our web and mobile technology products, from design and development to quality assurance and deployment; Enhance efficiency by collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, create technical solutions, and deliver quality products; Manage and optimize the company’s product infrastructure and operations; Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance for our high-performing team of Engineers; Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the team, exploring new technologies and solutions to maintain a competitive edge. Our Requirements We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria: Attained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top tier university with good academic standing; Strong technical background with expertise in software development and engineering; Proven experience as a CTO or similar senior technical leadership position in a tech company; Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in founding and/or leading a startup is a plus;  Proven business acumen in strategic planning, organizational development, and process optimization; Knowledge of industry best practices in software development, digital products, and scalability; Full professional proficiency in English. Job Description   The Senior Backend Engineer will play a crucial role in evolving and scaling our recruiting software solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in backend development and a passion for building robust, scalable web applications. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with our Web Developers, Product Development, and Product Design teams to ensure our backend architecture supports the rapid deployment of new features. Upon joining the team, your responsibilities will include: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience. Develop and maintain APIs to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of our applications. Lead the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic, ensuring optimal performance. Implement security and data protection measures, managing the storage and handling of sensitive user data. Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to optimize development processes and enhance product capabilities. Our requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record in: NestJS (NestJS Microservices), Typescript, ExpressJS, TypeScript, Eslint, TypeORM Database: PGSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, RedisQueue CMS: Strapi  Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools. Deep expertise in data modeling, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Deep expertise in design pattern, microservices and development principle. Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to research and apply new technologies. Job Description  We are looking for a top-level computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and backend programming. A lot of what you do will be starting from scratch. You can expect a lot of autonomy; in return, we expect you to have a strong sense of ownership and desire to help shape the future direction of the company. The developer will have a chance to work directly with the core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities: Developing frontend and backend architectures. Designing interactive sites. Developing backend applications. Creating servers and databases for functionality. Ensuring responsiveness of applications. Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Building out our proprietary home price prediction model. Designing and developing APIs.  Meeting both technical and consumer needs. Our requirements We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of programming experience, ideally with both frontend and backend exposure. Able to communicate proficiently in English. Proficiency with frontend languages such as JavaScript (ReactJS, NextJS) and backend languages and frameworks: NestJS (NestJS Microservices), Typescript, ExpressJS, Eslint, TypeORM Proficiency with database technology such as PGSQL and MongoDB. Familiarity with ML and big data concepts.
