What the role involves
About We're building the system of record for how the world uses AI. We sit in the path of how people actually work with AI tools, turn it into one clear picture across an org, and give companies the visibility and control to manage it. We're a small team that moves fast and ships things we're proud of. We care obsessively about taste, in product and in code. We're solving these hard problems. We're backed by YC, Peak XV, and operators who've built real companies. The role Most engineers build for a customer they've never met. You'd do the opposite. You'd be inside real enterprises, deploying Oximy across thousands of users, solving the messy problems that only show up in production at a company that's nothing like a demo. This is some of the hardest and most satisfying engineering there is. MDM rollouts across Mac and Windows fleets. Proxy chaining through Zscaler. SSO and first-party API integrations. Browser extensions that have to survive whatever weird security stack a 50,000-person company runs. The kind of work where it either works in the real world or it doesn't, and you're the person who makes it work. And because you're the one in the room when it breaks, you become our sharpest source of truth about what to build next. Forward-deployed engineers don't just ship the product, they shape it. You'll close the loop between what enterprises actually need and what we build, and that loop is how we win. You will Own enterprise deployments end to end. From "they signed" to "thousands of their people are live and it just works." Solve the hard integration problems in the wild: MDM, proxy and network stacks, SSO, first-party APIs, extension rollout across locked-down fleets. Be the technical face to the customer. Sit with their security and IT teams, earn their trust, unblock them fast. Turn field reality into product. The thing that broke at one customer becomes the thing that never breaks again for the next hundred. Build tools that make the next deployment faster than the last. Every rollout should compound. Work shoulder to shoulder with the founders and core engineering, and ship fast. Who you are 2+ years building real software, with enough range to debug across the stack and into someone else's network. You like the hard, real-world problems. Networks, auth, security stacks, the stuff that's never clean in production. You're great with people, not just systems. You can win over a skeptical enterprise IT team and explain a tradeoff without losing them. High agency. Dropped into a half-broken deployment with a customer waiting, you figure it out. AI-pilled. You use agents and tooling to move faster than your headcount should allow. Bonus: you've deployed into big, locked-down enterprises before and have the scar tissue to prove it. What you get You'd own the hardest, highest-leverage surface in the company, the place where the product meets the real world, working alongside a founder who was a partner at a Sam Altman-backed company and sold his first startup early. Enterprises are already deploying Oximy to thousands of users, so this is real from day one, not a someday promise. If you want to learn how enterprise software actually gets into the world, there's no better seat. Apart from that: Competitive salary and founding-team equity MacBook Pro Unlimited token budget. Use whatever you want, as much as you want. Health insurance and gym membership A healthy budget for tools, monitors, and anything you need to do your best work

We're a small team that moves fast and ships things we're proud of. We care obsessively about taste, in product and in code. We're solving these hard problems. We're backed by YC, Peak XV, and operators who've built real companies. The role AI is everywhere now and nobody can see it. We build the part that can. We want someone who already wired three agents together to do their actual job and felt great about it. You might not have a decade of experience. We don't care. We care that you ship like you have eight hands, because four of them are Claude. A lot of engineers your age are busy worrying about whether AI takes their job. You already handed it the boring 80% and went looking for harder problems. That instinct is the whole role. You will Ship an absurd amount of working software. You plus a fleet of coding agents should out-build a team of five who are still pasting into a chat window. Own real surface area on day one. Real features, real customers, real production. We won't babysit you and you won't want us to. Treat every task as "what's the smallest piece I actually have to do by hand." You're not lazy, you're leveraged, and you feel the difference. Break the agents, figure out why, build the guardrails, repeat. You'll end up with sharper instincts about where models fail than people twice your tenure. Learn the hard systems stuff fast, in the open, with founders who'll throw you in the deep end on purpose. Who you are You've shipped something real, mostly alone, mostly with AI, probably at 3am, definitely without asking permission. Your GitHub says more than your resume and you know it. You don't ask whether AI can do something. You assume it can and go find the wall. You read the changelogs. You have opinions about which model is good at what. You have a setup. You ship. You've probably shipped two things since you started reading this. What you get You'd be working directly with a founder who was a partner at a Sam Altman-backed company and sold his first startup while most people are still in college. We're already deployed inside enterprises running thousands of users. The bar here is high and the agents are just leverage to clear it faster. Apart from that: Competitive salary and founding-team equity MacBook Pro Unlimited token budget. Use whatever you want, as much as you want. We're a small team that moves fast and ships things we're proud of. We care obsessively about taste, in product and in how we sell. We're backed by YC, Peak XV, and operators who've built real companies. The role We're already live inside enterprises running thousands of users, and the demand is real. The thing we don't have yet is a GTM function. Right now it's held together by one person doing all of it, and that's not how you build something that lasts. You'd own that. The outbound, the pipeline, the research, the systems that turn scattered interest into a real motion. You're not stepping into a machine someone else built, you're building the machine, on top of a product enterprises already want. Early on you'll work closely with the founder on live deals, because that's how you learn the customer cold. Over time the motion is yours to design and run. This is a ground-floor GTM role at a company with real traction. The ceiling is whatever you make it. You will Build and own outbound. Sequences, lists, enrichment, the whole top of funnel. Make it work, then make it scale. Own the pipeline. Keep it clean, keep it moving, know the state of every deal better than anyone. Run research and discovery. Figure out who we should be talking to, what they care about, where we win, and bring that intelligence to every conversation. Drive POCs to the finish. Keep deployments on track and customers moving forward. Build leverage with AI. Use agents and tooling to do the work of a whole team. We'll back you on whatever you need. Shape how we sell. You'll have real input on positioning, pricing, and motion, not just execution. What you learn on the front lines becomes how we go to market. Who you are Some experience in GTM, sales, or ops where you owned real outcomes. High agency. You spot the gap and close it before anyone asks. Things don't fall through the cracks around you. You build systems instinctively and you're organized to a slightly unreasonable degree. AI-pilled. You already use agents and tools to punch above your headcount. You want to own a function and grow with it, not slot into a defined seat. Bonus: you've sold into enterprises, or worked at an early startup and know how fast things actually move. What you get You'd be building the GTM function at a company that already has enterprises deploying it to thousands of users, which means you're selling something real from day one. You'll learn enterprise sales by doing it alongside a founder who was a partner at a Sam Altman-backed company and sold his first startup early, and then you'll make the motion your own. If you want to run GTM at a company someday, or start your own, this is where you learn how. Apart from that: Competitive salary and founding-team equity MacBook Pro Unlimited token budget. What the role involves
About We're building the system of record for how the world uses AI. We sit in the path of how people actually work with AI tools, turn it into one clear picture across an org, and give companies the visibility and control to manage it. We're a small team that moves fast and ships things we're proud of. We care obsessively about taste, in product and in story. We're backed by YC, Peak XV, and operators who've built real companies. The role AI is the biggest shift of the decade and almost nobody can see it happening. It's inside every company right now, in everyone's hands, and the people who have to answer for it have no idea what's going on. That's the whole problem we exist to solve, and right now barely anyone can explain it in plain language. That's the job. Take something huge and technical and make a person understand it in sixty seconds. Not the engineer, not the security team, the person. Whoever's watching. If you can do that, you don't just market the category, you get to name it. You'd own how the world describes this before there's an agreed way to describe it. That's rare, and it doesn't stay open for long. You will Make a lot of video. Take a real thing we learned about how companies use AI and turn it into something a person actually forwards to a coworker. Own the whole content engine: launch films, founder notes, customer stories, walkthroughs, the words we use for a category that doesn't have agreed words yet. Write the story, not just decorate someone else's. You'll decide how this sounds. Watch how real people react to what we ship, more closely than almost anyone here, and feed that back to us. You'll be one of our sharpest product signals. Find the people we don't have in-house. When we need a motion designer or an editor, you already know who to call and you call them. Who you are You already make things, without anyone asking. We'll look at what you've made before we look at your resume. You have taste and you're online enough to know what's working this week, not last year. You can write, shoot, and edit, and you can make something serious feel alive instead of corporate. You run your own calendar, your own freelancers, your own deadlines. You'd rather ship five things this week than polish one for a month. What you get You'd be working with people who are very good at the technical and business side and need someone to set the same bar on story. The founder was a partner at a Sam Altman-backed company and sold his first startup while most people are still in college. We're already inside enterprises running thousands of users, which means you'll have real things to tell stories about, not vaporware. We're backed by YC, Peak XV, and operators who've built real companies. The role We are looking for someone to own the infrastructure the whole product runs on. High ingest volumes, real-time data, governance that holds up under enterprise scrutiny. The person who owns this layer effectively owns the product. You will Own the infrastructure end to end. Ingestion, data model, backend, frontend, deploy. If it runs in production, it's yours. Make the architectural decisions that are expensive to undo, and get them right. We're betting the company on this layer holding. Lead a hybrid team of human engineers and AI coding agents, and get real throughput out of both. Build next to the founders and ship to real enterprise customers quickly. Work on hard problems: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MIFqV-yRNHBn1O8FBAuqfx3OQYfcH9AvqzwTDTLgUvM/edit?usp=sharing Who you are At least 3 years building real systems. Ideally something you owned end to end that's still running. Genuinely full stack. Comfortable in the data layer and the UI, and you'd rather ship the whole thing than wait on a handoff. You build with AI agents daily and know exactly where they break. People want to build with you, and you set technical direction without being told what's next. You ship.
