What Nozomio does
We are a product lab solving context in AI.

What the role involves
What if you got to shape the voice of AI at the consumer level, before anyone else has figured out what that voice even sounds like? We are Nozomio. We raised a $6.2M seed led by CRV, backed by BoxGroup, LocalGlobe, Y Combinator, Paul Graham, Gokul Rajaram, the CTO of Spotify, the founders of Tinder and Hinge, the CPO of LinkedIn, Suno, and others. We are a lean team building a product lab that solves context in AI across different domains. Our first two products are Folk (getfolk.app), an AI agent that lives in your life, and Nia (trynia.ai). We are in San Francisco, in person, every day. The Context The problem we are working on is one of the hardest open problems in AI: context. Every AI product today is stateless, forgetful, and generic. We think that is the wrong model. The products that win the next decade will know who you are, what you care about, and what you need before you ask. We are building the infrastructure and the consumer experiences to make that real, across multiple domains. The Role You own user acquisition. You will work directly with the founding team to scale Folk across paid, organic, creative, and product-led channels. You should be extremely strong in at least one of these areas: Paid acquisition You have run Meta, TikTok, Google, or other paid channels at scale. You can look at a campaign, understand what is working, kill what is not, and move budget toward the highest-performing bets. You understand CAC, payback, creative fatigue, attribution, funnel drop-off, and how to scale without burning money. Creative engine You know how to produce, test, and iterate on UGC, static ads, short-form videos, hooks, landing pages, and creator content at volume. You have a strong point of view on why something performs. You can tell when a hook is weak, when a video feels fake, and when a creative concept has the potential to scale. You build systems that ship new creative every week. Organic and growth loops You understand channels that compound. This could mean referrals, SEO, programmatic landing pages, lifecycle, influencer loops, campus growth, social content, community, or product-led growth. You are not just trying to buy users. You are building the moat underneath the funnel. What We’re Looking For Track record You have helped scale a consumer product, media product, marketplace, app, or community. You can point to something real: a channel you scaled, CAC you lowered, content you made work, users you acquired, revenue you drove, or a growth system you built from zero. High learning rate You experiment fast, learn from data, and change your mind quickly when something is not working. You do not need perfect information to ship. You test, read the signal, and improve. Bias to action You ship campaigns, not decks. You do not wait for permission to test something. You do not escalate every problem. You solve it, move fast, and keep going. Taste for consumer behavior You understand why people share things, why they download apps, why they invite friends, why they churn, and why certain products feel alive. You can tell why a TikTok got views, why an ad converted, why a landing page failed, or why a referral loop did not hit. Low ego The talent bar is high, but no important problem is beneath us. You might be making strategy in the morning, editing TikToks in the afternoon, writing landing page copy at night, and reviewing campaign data at 2 AM. That should sound fun. Bonus Points You have: Scaled Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads profitably Built a creative testing system from scratch Grown a consumer app, social product, or community Published content yourself Worked with influencers, creators, or UGC Built simple tools, scripts, automations, or internal dashboards Had embarrassing screen time on social apps Strong opinions on what makes consumer products spread Something Else Send us the growth play you are most proud of running end to end. What was the channel? What did you build? What did it produce? What did

We are building the infrastructure and the consumer experiences to make that real, across multiple domains. THE ROLE Distribution is the moat, and social media and public voice decide everything. This is not a marketing coordinator role. This is not a brand consultant role. This is the person who owns how Nozomio and its products show up in the world, end to end, from the paid funnel to the launch video to the hook that stops the scroll. You are half creative director, half growth hacker (or just a brainrotted kid with good sense of virality). Marketing rules the world, and you will shape it and bring it to the world. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Creative engine. UGC briefs, video ad scripts, hooks, thumbnails, angles. You have a system for shipping new creative every week and a point of view on what makes something work. Organic and social. You grow our presence on the platforms that matter. You understand what earns attention versus what pays for it, and you do both. Launch video direction and scripting. When we ship something big, you help direct it. You are on set, behind the camera, in the edit, making sure the moment lands the way it deserves to. Brand moments. Drops, announcements, cultural presence. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have a really good social presence and a very interesting Instagram Reels / TikTok feed (the founder will personally scroll through your phone). You're scrappy, energetic, and experimental, but you're also rigorous. You love trying 10 ideas to find the 1 that blows up, and you're ready to bet your life to make generational wealth. You are unusually good at something. Maybe it's building automation tools for your family, reselling sneakers, selling Pokémon Go cards, or making music. You think from first principles. You're EXTREMELY funny. You have high agency. You have very funny FYP on tiktok / instagram Bonus: You're familiar with running Meta Ads and UGC campaigns at scale. We work six to seven days a week at the office. One of those days is social time: we go out (we really love karaoke, kbbq, etc.), we decompress, we are humans. The rest of the time we are building. If you don’t work everyday, you are going to lose.
What the role involves
We are Nozomio and makers of Folk (getfolk.app). Folk is a personal AI agent that lives in your phone, knows your life context, and gets smarter the longer you use it. It works across iMessage and Telegram, remembers everything you tell it, and proactively helps you before you have to ask. Think of it as the first AI that actually knows you. We need someone to own short-form video for Folk. One video a day (cap at 3 videos per day), every day, across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Real, original content that makes people genuinely excited about AI products. This is a contractor role. Remote. WHAT YOU'LL DO Post at least one short-form video per day across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Monitor your own analytics obsessively. Watch what works, understand why, and adjust. You are the one accountable for growth. Try 10 ideas to find the 1 that blows up. Failure is part of the job. Iteration is the job. HOW WE MEASURE YOU Views, retention, follower growth, and engagement rate over time. A video that tanks is fine. A pattern of videos that tank without learning is not. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You have a genuine interest in AI and consumer tech. You have experience running social media accounts with a significant presence or following. You are extremely reliable, responsive to feedback/questions, and timely. COMPENSATION $20 per video baseline. $1 per 1,000 views as a performance bonus. Post one video a day averaging 50k views and that is meaningful money. P.S: If you're not able to replicate the examples attached below, do not apply! example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4

The products that win the next decade will know who you are, what you care about, and what you need before you ask. We are building the infrastructure and the consumer experiences to make that real, across multiple domains. We are looking for one person to join as a founding member of technical staff. You will work directly alongside the founder. There is no onboarding program, no ticket queue, no six-week ramp. You will be writing code on day one and owning systems by week two. This is a full-stack role, which means you will touch everything: product surfaces, backend services, AI integrations, infrastructure, and occasionally the mobile layer. We build in TypeScript and Python. Our stack includes MongoDB, Convex, Daytona, OpenRouter, Google Cloud, Vercel, PostHog, and Sentry. If mobile becomes the right call for a feature, Swift is on the table. We work six to seven days a week at the office. One of those days is social time: we go out (we really love karaoke, kbbq, etc.), we decompress, we are humans. The rest of the time we are building. If you don’t work everyday, you are going to lose. WHAT YOU WILL OWN You will own product features end to end, from the data model through the API through the UI, with no hand-offs in between. You will design and build AI pipelines that use context in ways that feel genuinely new. You will instrument, monitor, and debug production systems under real load. You will make architecture decisions that will matter for years. You will be in the room when we decide what to build next, and your opinion will carry weight. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We care about art. Engineering is a pure form of art. A great engineer with two years of experience beats a coasting engineer with eight. What we are actually looking for: The most important: You've shipped something real or have made money in the past (doesn’t matter if it’s unrelated to engineering). Show us. You are unusually good at something. Maybe it's building automation tools for your family, reselling sneakers, selling Pokémon Go cards, or making music. You think from first principles. You're EXTREMELY funny. You write code that someone else would be proud to read. You have high agency. Optional: ex founder / operator / failed a company before
