We're looking for someone who can be a product leader while getting their hands dirty shipping fast. What You'll Do Work directly with the CEO / CTO to define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities Be a leader on the product / engineering team — set direction, unblock execution, raise the bar Build full-stack across Next.js + TypeScript (frontend) and Python / FastAPI (backend) Own product launches end-to-end — from spec to build to GTM Talk to customers constantly and translate product analytics / feedback loops into product decisions Drive quality: UX, performance, reliability, and velocity The Role You build. You lead. You own the outcome. You'll be the connective tissue between vision and execution — defining what we build, why, and making sure it ships well. Must-Haves High Agency Strong full-stack engineering (Next.js, TypeScript, Python) Prior experience leading product at an early-stage startup — 0→1 at minimum once Ability to context-switch between writing code and making product calls in the same day Real LLM experience — tool use, agentic systems, structured outputs Strong product instincts and taste Nice-to-Haves Ex-founder or technical co-founder background Experience shipping developer-facing or AI-native products Multi-agent systems or agent orchestration experience Familiarity with agent runtimes, MCP, or autonomous workflow tooling *P.S. You're here to extend it. Our best interns have shipped features that landed on the changelog, written blog posts that hit the front page, and converted to full-time before their internship ended. We're looking for a Growth Engineer who builds growth like a product — content systems, agent discovery infrastructure, and developer community at scale. What You'll Do Own SEO + GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — make Naïve the default answer when an agent asks "how do I form a company / open a bank account / run KYC" Build content engines — programmatic SEO, blog automation, UGC creator pipelines, doc → distribution flows Run our developer community — Discord, hackathons, sample apps, integration partners Drive PR + launches — coordinate releases, write developer-facing content, ship landing pages Build the tools you need — internal dashboards, attribution systems, content automation Ship measurable growth experiments weekly The Role You don't write a content brief and hand it off. You build the system that produces content, ranks it, attributes it, and compounds. You can write the SEO pages, the scraper that finds target queries, the agent eval that checks if ChatGPT recommends us, and the launch tweet — all in the same week. Must-Haves High Agency Strong full-stack engineering (Next.js, TypeScript, Python) Demonstrated growth track record — you've moved a metric, not just managed an agency Strong writing — launch posts, docs, tweets, SEO pages Comfortable with LLMs as tooling — content gen, agent evals, scraping pipelines Taste — visual, written, brand Nice-to-Haves Programmatic SEO at scale (10k+ pages) Run a developer community before (Discord, hackathons, OSS) Familiarity with how agents discover and rank tools (MCP registries, agent search, LLM rec systems) Prior 0→1 growth at an early-stage startup *P.S. What You'll Do Ship SEO + GEO experiments — programmatic pages, agent discovery evals, content automation Run UGC + creator pipelines — sourcing, briefs, distribution, attribution Help operate our developer community — Discord, hackathons, sample apps Write launch posts, docs, tweets, and landing pages that actually convert Build internal tools — scrapers, dashboards, content gen pipelines Own a growth metric and move it The Role You write the SEO page, the script that generates 500 more like it, the eval that checks whether ChatGPT recommends Naïve when an agent asks how to form a company — and the tweet announcing it. You'll work directly with the founders on launches that hit. Must-Haves High Agency Can code — Next.js / TypeScript / Python at a level where you can ship without supervision Strong writing — you can draft a launch post, a tweet thread, and a doc page in the same afternoon Have moved a real metric on something (side project, prior internship, OSS, your own audience) Comfortable with LLMs as tooling — content gen, scraping, evals Nice-to-Haves Built and grown a side project, newsletter, OSS repo, or community audience Programmatic SEO experience, even at small scale Understand how agents discover and rank tools Active on dev Twitter / X, Hacker News, or a relevant Discord P.S.
