What the role involves

Moritz is an AI-native legal services company (backed by YC, 20VC and +20 unicorn founders) building the layer between Big Law and pure AI tools. We are hiring two GTM team members in London to drive enterprise pipeline across the UK and Europe. You'll be the first point of contact for in-house legal teams at high-growth companies, introducing them to a faster, AI-augmented way of working with outside counsel. Success in this role means a acquiring full calendar of qualified meetings, healthy pipeline conversion, and trusted relationships with senior legal buyers within the first six months. You'll work directly with the founders. Responsibilities SDR work; run outbound prospecting into in-house legal teams across the UK and EU, primarily at venture-backed scale-ups and mid-market enterprises Sales: Lead discovery calls and qualify opportunities through to commercial conversations Develop deep expertise in our offering, the legal services market, and the workflows of in-house counsel Build and maintain a pipeline in CRM, with accurate forecasting and clean handoffs Represent Moritz at industry events, roundtables, and in-person meetings across London and Europe Partner with the founding team on messaging, ICP refinement, and feedback loops from the market Qualifications 2–3 years in a GTM, sales, BD, or client-facing role LegalTech background or a law degree strongly preferred High EQ and a genuinely strong sales personality; credible with senior legal buyers and energising in a room Hungry, competitive, and comfortable owning a number Excellent verbal and written communication skills Based in or willing to relocate to London

What the role involves

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Engineer in San Francisco to own paid acquisition end-to-end and build an AI-native growth engine that fuels our enterprise pipeline. Success in this role means defensible CAC, a steady flow of qualified pipeline for the GTM team, and a paid program where AI is wired into every layer - creative, targeting, analysis, and reporting. You'll report to the CEO and work closely with GTM and the founding team. Responsibilities Own strategy, execution, and budget for all paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, and emerging B2B surfaces) Build internal tooling, scripts, and AI agents to automate campaign ops, reporting, and creative iteration Use LLMs and generative tools to produce, test, and refine ad creative and landing pages at high velocity Build and maintain attribution and reporting infrastructure to measure pipeline impact end-to-end Run a continuous, AI-assisted testing roadmap across creative, audiences, landing pages, and offers Partner with GTM to align campaigns with target accounts and pipeline goals Forecast spend, model CAC and payback, and report performance to the founding team weekly Qualifications 3–5 years in performance marketing, with experience at an early-stage startup and/or an established firm Proven track record driving B2B growth — measured in pipeline and revenue, not impressions AI-native operating skills Deep fluency in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads; experience with multi-touch attribution tools Exceptionally analytical; can defend every dollar of spend with data Self-directed operator who can go from strategy to execution without handoffs
