RPA platform for deploying AI into legacy desktop systems

Hiring — 2 openYC-S26B2B -> InfrastructureEarly

What Minicor does

Minicor connects AI startups to legacy desktop apps that have no API. Reliably, quickly and at scale. Describe a workflow and get an API endpoint. Each call triggers a self-healing desktop automation on a Windows VM. On-prem, cloud, or Citrix. Build through your coding agent via our MCP. Complete with the observability tools to manage your customer relationship: full video replay of every automation, granular logging, and slack enabled alerts.

What the role involves

We're looking for an engineer who loves working with customers and helping them succeed. If you find it exciting to connect disparate systems together and architecting solutions that scale, you’ll love working at Minicor. Why work at Minicor? At Minicor, we're unblocking one of the last bottlenecks for AI to enter the enterprise. Most critical workflows still run on legacy Windows desktop systems with no APIs, where the only way to integrate is by interacting with the UI like a human would. We’re building the infrastructure to make integrating with these systems reliable at scale, so AI can actually run inside them in production. The role: Work directly with customers to scope technical solutions and get them to production (and more importantly to scale) Build automations on VMs that are running legacy software through our platform and deploy our AI agents for self-healing Architect middlewares that sit between our platform and the legacy systems, handling caching, data reads, and hydration jobs so that automations run with the lowest latency possible Figure out solutions to weird problems (how do you reliably write to a system that was only meant to be interacted with by humans? how do you break up workflows to survive thousands of runs per day?) Feed everything you learn from customers back into the product! What we're looking for: At least 2-3 years of professional experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity Experience building and maintaining full stack applications at scale You've gotten customers live before and you know what that actually takes You like talking to people and you're good at it How we work: Ship small high impact features that are low effort, high value! We interact with critical legacy software, a big part of our job is being crafty about building solutions to read and write to them at scale Customers are deeply embedded in how we build product No ego. We respect everyone on the team, hold each other accountable, have high expectations for each other, work hard, but are understanding that there is life outside of work We deliver everything for our customer, have a lot of fun in the process, and don't take ourselves too seriously Onboarding: In your first few weeks at Minicor, you'll jump straight into a go-live process happening with one of our customers. By the first 30 days, you'll have implemented legacy system integration alongside our customers' engineers and have brought it into production. After this, you will help that customer bring it to scale and roll it out to more of their end users. Within the first 90 days, you will have enough knowledge to start making product feature changes that will be shipped directly into production to help speed you and other engineers who are helping end customers get live faster. If this sounds interesting, we'd love to meet with you!

What the role involves

We're looking for an engineer who loves building product and working closely with customers to get things live. If you find it exciting to connect disparate systems and turn messy real-world problems into product features, you'll love working at Minicor. Why work at Minicor? At Minicor, we're unblocking one of the last bottlenecks for AI to enter the enterprise. Most critical workflows still run on legacy Windows desktop systems with no APIs, where the only way to integrate is by interacting with the UI like a human would. We're building the infrastructure to make integrating with these systems reliable at scale, so AI can actually run inside them in production. The role: Own product areas end-to-end, from understanding customer pain to shipping and iterating in production Take customer requests and implementation pain, distill them into product features, and prioritize what gets built Build product features that make it easier for forward-deployed engineers and customers to get integrations live and scaled Work closely with customers early on to understand real-world constraints and turn them into product improvements Identify repeated patterns in customer implementations and turn them into reusable abstractions Improve the developer experience around defining, running, and debugging workflows Help shape how we build, ship, and iterate on product as we scale What we're looking for: 2-4+ years of experience building and shipping product features in production Strong product judgment. You know when to build something general vs solve it once You've turned messy, real-world problems into clean product abstractions Experience working across the stack You've shipped features that real users depend on Comfortable working with customers, especially early in the lifecycle You can prioritize well and make decisions with incomplete information How we work: Ship small, high-impact features Build closely with customers and forward-deployed engineers Turn real-world problems into product quickly No ego. High standards, high ownership Work hard, move fast, have fun Onboarding: In your first few weeks, you'll work directly on customer integrations to understand how these systems behave in practice. By 30-60 days, you'll be contributing to getting customers live and seeing where things break at scale. By 90 days, you'll start shipping product features that come directly out of those learnings and make it faster for future customers to go live. If this sounds interesting, we'd love to meet with you!
