About the Role We are looking for a Business Operations Associate with high agency and a rigorous, analytical mindset to join our team. In this role, you will act as the "glue" across the organization, ensuring tight operational processes, driving cross-functional initiatives, and managing critical relationships with our partners and stakeholders. You will wear many hats—from managing compliance audits and financial data analysis to crafting high-impact sales presentations and coordinating industry events. If you are methodical, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment where accountability is key, this role is for you. What You Will Do Internal Operations & Communications Cross-Functional Orchestration: Manage the rhythm of the business by organizing cross-functional meetings. You will create agendas, track down action items, provide executive summaries, and ensure high-bandwidth collaboration. Knowledge Management: Maintain and improve internal documentation, templates, and "Canon" materials (standardized written docs, slides, and code) that serve the entire organization. Programs & Compliance: Support the administration of critical compliance frameworks (SOC II, HITRUST) and financial programs (R&D Tax Credits). Partnerships & External Relations Partner Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for key ecosystem partners (e.g., Labs, RCM, Medications, Fax). You will maintain these relationships to ensure shared program advancement and goodwill. Events & Conferences: Oversee the planning and preparation for industry events, including engaging speakers, managing logistics, and ensuring the team is prepped for success. Analysis & Sales Support Data & Planning: Gather and prepare analytical datasets used for strategic planning, business reviews, and finance purposes. Sales Enablement: Support the commercial team by creating high-quality proposal slides and assisting with the contracting process to ensure deals are documented correctly and close on time. About You You have exceptional written and oral communication skills and can distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. You have strong ability to create professional, persuasive slides and presentations for various audiences. Software Engineer What you’ll do Engineers at Medplum are comfortable working on new products under fluid conditions, seamlessly balancing tactical and strategic considerations. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure, features and enhancements product for an open source project Collaborate with other engineers to deliver new features and improvements to the product in a highly regulated environment Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and tests using modern Typescript and React best practices Contribute to and maintain infrastructure as code for major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP and Microsoft Azure Identify and troubleshoot issues effectively for technical infrastructure Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technical infrastructure, performance, security and data management Mentor enterprise customers and community members and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.
