We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines. This role requires working during U.S. East Coast hours (night shift in the Philippines), with consistent availability during core hours in both the morning and afternoon EST. We use HubStaff for time and activity tracking. You are expected to be online and available in Slack throughout your shift. What the role involves
We’re looking for an experienced Medical Director to help us build a world-class telemedicine platform tackling chronic conditions like obesity. You’ll work with the rest of our clinical team to create SOPs, oversee our provider network, enforce care standards, measure efficacy and success rates, and stay abreast of state-specific compliance needs. Ideal candidates will be experienced operators with a clinical/medical background. What you'll do Build and maintain clinical operations systems and guides for our synchronous and asynchronous telehealth products. Work with our operations and product teams to optimize flow and maximize care quality and delivery time. Work with our legal team to ensure we are always compliant in every state we operate in Recruit, onboard and manage our provider network of MDs, PAs and NPs. Research third party vendors and spearhead partnerships. Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. What we're looking for 4+ years experience of relevant telehealth experience. We are looking for someone who has worked at a digital health startup and can bring with them knowledge and experience having gone through the motions. Licensed, board-certified physician with some clinical experience is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting, hiring and training teams is strongly preferred. Excellent problem-solving and systems design skills — you should feel in your element thinking about how to organize organizations and teams to run them efficiently. Role Summary As our first Insurance Contract Specialist, you will secure commercial and government payor contracts that allow Measured to bill insurance in priority states, then expand coverage nationwide. You’ll coordinate credentialing, negotiate reimbursement terms, and create the roadmap that turns insurance contracting into a repeatable, scalable process. Key Responsibilities Payor Strategy & Outreach Research and prioritize states/payors based on market opportunity, regulatory landscape, and patient demand. Drive agreements to signature while safeguarding company economics and compliance. Credentialing & Compliance Coordinate provider enrollment, CAQH updates, and state‑specific licensing requirements. Ensure telehealth operations meet STARK, Anti‑Kickback, HIPAA, and payor policy standards. Performance Tracking & Reporting Maintain a live pipeline of payor engagements; track time‑to‑contract and coverage percentage. Deliver concise weekly updates to leadership on progress, roadblocks, and next steps. Process & Playbook Development Document best practices and build scalable templates for future contracting hires. Recommend process improvements across ops, clinical, finance, and legal teams. Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years in provider network development, payor contracting, or revenue‑cycle management—preferably multi‑state and telehealth. Skills: Working knowledge of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement models. Strong negotiation skills with payor reps and legal teams. Credentialing & CAQH proficiency; familiar with STARK, Anti‑Kickback, HIPAA. Data‑driven; comfortable building simple coverage models and dashboards.
