What you will do: On-site deployments with customers. Fine-tune models, RL on top of customer data, run and maintain evals, and more. Deploy and configure AI Agents end-to-end, from fine-tuning to on-site deployment with customers. Skills: Experience with bleeding-edge, best-in-class full-stack tools like TypeScript, Next.js, & Postgres. Knowledge of and passion for AI: strong fundamentals of RL, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, building extensive RAG pipelines, and more. We like to work with people who already have shipped AI applications end to end. Hunger to learn: You can quickly learn how to work with services and tools even without previous experience.
