What You Will Do: You’ll own our external content end-to-end—crafting organic assets that educate, engage, and convert, while weaving in SEO best practices to maximize reach and impact. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically and creatively—balancing SEO performance with broader brand storytelling. If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented content marketer with a passion for impactful writing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences. You are comfortable creating long-form guides, punchy social copy, and video content. Create and edit high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that balances SEO optimization with a reader-first approach Translate customer insights and understand the market’s latest trends to surface customer pain points and success stories into compelling content. Publish and format content within our CMS Own visual asset production that will complement video and written content. Strategize how to repurpose organic content into email campaigns, social posts, and community engagement. Run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion. Optimize audience segmentation and craft performance-driven creative approaches. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SEO, content marketing, and digital strategy What We're Looking For: 2-3+ years of experience crafting content that grew organic audiences (video, blogs, newsletters, social). Bonus if experience is at a product-led tech company. Strong writing/editing skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas Hands-on experience integrating SEO into content (on-page best practices and keyword-driven briefs) Self-starter with excellent project-management skills, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush (or similar) Bonus points: experience growing B2C or prosumer products Why Julius? What you'll do: Build products that bring AI capabilities to millions of people Design and implement intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility What we're looking for: Experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Python Have previous internships or relevant experience where you’ve shipped production level code Strong understanding of frontend frontend primitives: component architecture, state management, streaming UIs, and performance profiling Strong understanding of backend systems, in particular - relational databases, caching, background jobs, and auth. The Role Build and scale the code‑execution sandboxes that power Julius across cloud environments (AWS and GCP). We orchestrate 500k+ containers/month and growing. You’ll own reliability, performance, and security for multi‑tenant compute. What You’ll Do Design and operate secure, multi‑tenant container infrastructure with fast startup and smart autoscaling. Ship cloud deployments (Helm/Terraform) with SSO, network controls, and audit logging. Drive observability (metrics, traces, logs) with clear SLOs; lead incident response. Optimize images, scheduling, networking, and cost ; build fair‑use and rate‑limiting controls. What You Bring Production Kubernetes and container internals (Docker/containerd); strong networking fundamentals. Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC (Terraform/Helm). Monitoring/Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/Vector). Security best practices for containerized, multi‑tenant systems. Nice to Have gVisor/Kata/Firecracker; Cilium/eBPF; GPU scheduling; serverless autoscaling (KEDA/Knative/Karpenter).
