We're looking for our first sales hire to build Jarmin's sales motion from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founders to find the right companies, understand what makes them buy, and build pipeline from scratch. You'll own the full motion. Some days you're researching accounts and building target lists. Other days you're cold calling, writing outbound, sitting in on founder-led deals, or attending events to start conversations with potential customers. The work will be broad because the function is still being built. We're looking for a full stack engineer to own the product experience behind Jarmin's AI employees. You'll lead on the frontend design and implementation across our products. From day one you'll shape how customers interact with and use Jarmin. In any given week you'll be: Taking features from idea to production end to end Building the product surface where customers work with their AI employees Designing and shipping the APIs and data models behind those features Ideally you: Are genuinely full stack and comfortable owning a feature from the frontend through the data layer Have strong product and design taste. We're hiring a Design Engineer to own the look, feel, and frontend craft of all Jarmin products. You're a designer first, with real taste for interface and interaction, and you're comfortable enough in code to build and ship what you design. What You'll Own: - The design of the whole product, from design ideas to shipping production frontend components. - UI and UX across products - The production frontend code for the interfaces you design. - The quality bar for the entire UI, including interactions, motion, performance, and all the small details. - Fast prototyping to explore ideas, then turning the strongest direction into something real. We're looking for an ML engineer to own the entire machine learning lifecycle behind Jarmin's AI employees including researching techniques, engineering features, training and evaluating models, and deploying them to production. This is the machine learning at the heart of the product, and from day one you'll own real projects that define what it can do. In any given week you'll be: Responsible for reliability of unsupervised ML.
