Intryc uses AI to automate quality assurance for customer support
What Intryc does
Consumer enterprises have millions of customer support tickets annually. They need to constantly evaluate support agents’ performance and compliance. Typically they evaluate less than 5% of those interactions manually which is slow, expensive and not scalable. Intryc's AI can evaluate 100% of all customer interactions, in real time, at half the cost.

What the role involves
Our Mission We are building the future of performance management in customer experience roles with AI. The workforce today is evolving fast, and customer-facing roles are now blended: human and AI. Customer support quality and training have always been a challenge - the last department to get budget, always viewed as a cost center, always strained for resources. And yet it’s always been the moment of truth: when the rubber hits the road, the first impression a customer has of the product and the company they chose to trust. Quality standards have always varied, with far fewer resources than actually needed. Understaffed but mighty CX teams have operated on a best-efforts basis for years—but this is no longer necessary with AI. Resources become infinite, but risks and complexity increase too. Our mission is to build the Performance Management layer for Human and AI CX Teams. Intryc is trusted by multi-billion dollar companies and fast-growing startups like Deel.com, MaintainX, Preply, Blueground, Fyxer AI, Ziina, and more. Our customers use Intryc to automate ticket, call, chat, and email scoring, streamline pattern and insight gathering and summarisation, and create and assign training modules for their agents. About us Behind Intryc is a squad of ex-Meta, Amazon, Revolut, Confluent, and Twitter folks who spent over 7 years leveling up customer experience for these companies. We know first hand how painfully manual, repetitive, and error-prone Support QA processes are. That’s why we built Intryc, to solve this so that customer support teams can focus on what really matters to them – their customers and business goals. Our passion that fuels our mission at Intryc comes from our conviction that we are at an inflection point, fuelled by the rapid evolution and proliferation of GenAI and LLMs, that will fundamentally change how humans interact with the digital and physical world. Even though LLMs are still nascent in their adoption and far from perfect in their everyday use, we believe that we’re experiencing a turning point similar to the dawn of the internet in our every day lives. Human-LLM interactions are rapidly evolving and have the potential to provide tenfold improvements in how things are done today across various industries and functions. Our Culture At Intryc, we don’t hide behind fancy job titles or set up bureaucratic processes. Instead, we treat our people equally and fairly and give them full freedom and autonomy to create something awesome. We care deeply about our customers and strive to create something big that will add value to the world in each interaction. We make mistakes, we learn from them, move on, and we back everything up with data and logic. It’s all about getting stuff done and owning what we do. We’re bringing onboard exceptional talent to help us build the world’s leading Performance Management platform for CX teams. Our Values Fired up and Get Shit Done Customer obsessed Be open, transparent, and accountable Be smart, humble, and empathetic Be frugal Take action if the outcome is reversible Why This Role Matters We’ve 10x’d revenue in the past year and are on track to triple it this year. We’re expanding our founding engineering team with top talent to help us deliver our ambitious roadmap. What the role involves
We're looking for our first full-time marketer to own everything marketing at Intryc. From the words on our homepage to the booth at CCW Vegas. The title says "Head of" because you'll own the function and the outcomes. It does not say "VP" because we want a hands-on operator, not a strategist who delegates. You’ll have startup agility (we’re a small, fast-paced team) but also work on polished SaaS marketing materials that resonate with enterprise audiences; the best of both worlds! Your mission: engage our community, educate the market, and ultimately drive growth through stellar content and storytelling. You'll work directly with the founders and you'll do the work yourself: write the LinkedIn post, brief the designer, run the SEO audit, ship the landing page, edit the video, set up the booth. We will hire people around you once we've proven what's working. You will own the performance of all online and event channels and you will be measured on pipeline, branded search volume, and how often CX leaders bring up Intryc unprompted. As a founding member of the team, you'll make a significant impact as we scale our revenue and operations globally to cross $5M in ARR in the next year. This role is in-office 5 days a week in San Francisco. What you’ll do Brand, messaging and positioning: sharpen who Intryc is for, what we stand for, and why we win against legacy QA vendors and other AI startups in the CX space. Write the words yourself. Events: plan and execute Intryc's presence at industry events (Customer Contact Week, ICMI, Reuters CX, YC events) and run founder-led dinners and roundtables with CX leaders. End-to-end: venue, list, run-of-show, follow-up. Social media strategy and campaigns: build Intryc and our founders into category-defining voices on LinkedIn (primary), X, and YouTube. You write the posts and ship the campaigns. SEO and GEO: own all search. Both classic SEO (rank for the queries our buyers run today) and Generative Engine Optimization (be cited when CX leaders ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini about QA tools). Content coordination: orchestrate content across blog, customer stories, webinars, podcasts and thought leadership; partner with founders, customers and external creators. Performance ownership: set, track and report weekly on the metrics that matter: organic pipeline, MQLs from events, branded search volume, share of voice, content engagement, and CAC payback by channel. You're likely a good fit if you: Have 3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and have personally shipped campaigns end-to-end, not just managed people who did. Are a strong writer. You can ghostwrite a LinkedIn post for a founder that sounds like the founder, not like marketing. Are scrappy. You'd rather use Figma Make + Webflow + a free tool stack and ship today than spec out a $50K agency project. Move fast, have a strong bias for action and don't shy away from stepping on toes. Have worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight. Care about CX, customer support, or AI infrastructure. Bonus if you've sold to or worked with CX/Support leaders before. Nice-to-haves: Video editing chops (Premiere, CapCut, Descript) we want to ship a lot of short-form video. Hands-on content production experience: podcasts, webinars, founder-led video. Experience marketing technical AI products to non-technical buyers. We value presence and face-time so we make sure to use our online channels to communicate often. We offer high quality healthcare (medical, dental, etc.), flexible working hours, and all the required office setup/tools. If interested, reach out with a couple of sentences about you, links to campaigns, content, or events you've personally shipped (real outcomes are best!), and what you'd want to do for us starting next week. This is super important, any application without this will not be assessed. Mission Intryc’s mission is to revol

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us shape the future of Customer Support and Experience, someone who combines exceptional design sensibility with product ownership instincts - a truly exceptional talent to take over all things product scoping, client feature requests, and UX/UI -- from understanding user requirements to the entire look and feel of our platform and brand. The primary requirements are the ability to be able to understand the app as an end user and from there, create clear and logical user stories, workflows, and actions on Figma. We are also looking for someone particularly strong in information architecture, as our product surfaces a lot of information across different dashboards and views that need to feel effortless to navigate. As a founding member of the team, you'll make a significant impact as we scale our revenue and operations globally to cross $2M in ARR in the next year. This role is in-office 5 days a week. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with the founders to define and prioritize the roadmap, balancing user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. Work directly with users and translate their needs into tangible user flows and actionable product decisions, directly impacting product direction. Create flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals for your features and improvements. Lead end-to-end product design projects and work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation. Help evolve our brand and visuals and implement across our product interface and website for marketing, new launches, and fun experiments. You’re likely a good fit if you: Move fast, have a strong bias for action and don’t shy away from stepping on toes. Live and breath pixels with excellent taste for well-crafted interaction design and UI details. Have worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight. We are remote but value presence and face-time so we make sure to use our online channels to communicate often. We offer high quality healthcare (medical, dental, etc.), flexible working hours, and all the required office setup/tools. Have experience in product management. Nice-to-haves: Coding experience or familiarity with TypeScript. If interested, reach out with a couple of sentences about you, links to your previous work/portfolio (live products are best!) and what you want to do for us starting next week. This is super important - any application without this will be ignored. About the interview process First, we'll have an introductory call to learn more about what you're looking for, the role and whether it's a good fit. Next, we usually do a follow-up call with someone else on the team or a quick take-home exercise. We’ll then give you the opportunity to learn more about us and speak to a couple of the founding members of our team. Finally, we'll ask you to join us for a one week paid work trial. This helps us get to know more about you and closely reflects what you’d be doing day-to-day at Intryc. If the work trial goes well, we'll make you an offer! We don't always stick to this process, but it should give you a good idea of what to expect. About Intryc Intryc is the most complete Quality and Training platform for world-class CX teams.
