We're building the HaploHub: a SaaS platform for genetic testing labs, concierge medical practices, and payer/providers to: * predict disease risk for their patients based on proprietary or publicly available genetic models * securely host, manage, and interrogate the genetic data of their population * generate reports and run the most common inference algorithms (phasing, imputation, ibd, etc.) without writing code

What the role involves
We are still in the early innings of the precision medicine revolution and the cost/benefit of genetic sequencing improves by the day. >100m individuals will be sequenced over the next decade, and the team at Haplotype Labs is developing the community and technology necessary to derive meaning and benefit from those sequences. We are seeking founding team members (scientists and engineers) who are knowledgable and passionate about the ‘omics opportunity. Together, we will build a healthy company, healthy team, an advanced technology, and improve the healthspan of millions of individuals over the next decade. Please join us!
