The Role: As AI Deployment Strategist , you’ll work across customer success, sales, and engineering to ensure technical clarity and execution—before, during, and after the sale of our cutting-edge F2 product. You’ll become the AI prompting authority for the business, forming the technical backbone of the go-to-market motion. You will: Support the F2 sales process by joining prospect and client calls to address technical product questions Own customer due diligence : complete InfoSec questionnaires, and continuously improve our DDQ knowledge base Audit reports generated by users, flag issues to engineering, and support customers in getting value from our AI Prompt engineering : create natural language prompts tailored to customer needs to ensure accurate, relevant report output Deliver light technical implementations , such as configuring SSO or provisioning custom data retention policies Ensure CRM hygiene : maintain clean, structured data to help the customer success and sales teams scale effectively Be the voice of the customer to the engineering team— providing real feedback that helps improve the product Who You Are You’re a versatile operator who can translate between engineers and customers. You know how to handle enterprise buyers, explain complex systems clearly, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact outcomes. Experience prompting and working with LLMs and AI SaaS tools Familiarity with enterprise information security concepts and due diligence processes Strong communicator who is commercially minded , customer-obsessed, and tech fluent. You can explain complex concepts to non technical audiences Ability to project manage complex workflows and technical deliverables without writing production code Strong on keyboard skills, technically sharp, and eager to find a path to leveling up your coding skills Based in NYC — we believe the best work is done together, in person at our beautiful corporate HQ in NYC. The Role: We are seeking a hands‑on Frontend Tech Lead who thrives in building from 0‑1 and driving execution, directly contributing production‑level code while shaping our core technical foundation. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to architect, develop, and scale F2’s AI‑driven enterprise UI platform. What you’ll do: Hands‑on UI system building. Architect and implement foundational frontend infrastructure and features, actively coding and delivering critical React/TypeScript components from scratch. Own the frontend architecture. Define and execute the technical vision and multi‑year roadmap for our React‑based UI platform, ensuring rapid iteration and effective scaling of user‑facing experiences. Design for performance, security, and accessibility. Build high‑performance, responsive interfaces that meet SOC 2 and accessibility requirements, with a focus on maintainability and cost‑efficiency. Integrate AI at the UI layer. Collaborate with our team to integrate intelligent agents, data visualizations, and interactive tools that surface AI‑driven insights within the application. Establish frontend engineering excellence. Set and uphold coding standards, component library conventions, and review processes; mentor engineers to foster a culture of reliable, test‑driven frontend development. Cross‑functional collaboration. Partner with product, design, backend, and enterprise customers to translate requirements into elegant UI solutions and deliverables. What you bring: Hands‑on technical leadership. 7+ years building and scaling mission‑critical frontend systems in TypeScript and React, with demonstrated experience architecting from the ground up. Practical API design expertise. Deep experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including state management and efficient data‑fetching strategies. Execution‑driven mindset. You thrive in environments where you own features end‑to‑end, iterate rapidly, and deliver production‑ready UI solutions. Familiarity with CSS‑in‑JS (e.g. Styled Components, Emotion) or utility‑first frameworks (e.g. Tailwind), as well as Next.js, Webpack, and frontend performance profiling. Co-own our culture of practical, reliable, and test-driven development that rapidly addresses business needs. Build for Scale. Contribute to monitoring & scaling the architecture of the platform and the infrastructure. Cross-functional collaboration. Actively partner with product, security, and go-to-market teams to translate our roadmap into features and deliverables. What you bring to the role: 4+ years of fullstack software engineering experience. Passion for engineering and learning. AI fluency, and ability to build with AI at the core Knowledgeable about modern web application development practices. Familiarity with Python, Fast API, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, AWS is a plus.
