What the role involves

AI Deployment Strategist At Domu.ai, we're building the agentic infrastructure for the future of the world's largest financial institutions. AI agents that handle millions of live interactions every day for Fortune 500 banks and insurers, end-to-end. Interactions are 3x-ing monthly. We're hitting problems most startups never encounter: real-time voice AI at scale, legacy banking infrastructure, enterprise telephony, and building regulatory frameworks in the US. The role As an AI Deployment Strategist Lead you'll..... Own Domu's client relationships from the moment a client goes live: be the single point of accountability for every enterprise account, holding Domu accountable to results and the client accountable to the plan. Run a portfolio of 4–6 enterprise accounts simultaneously and hit net dollar retention above 110%, through proactive upsells framed in client ROI, not reactive relationship maintenance. Spot expansion signals early, build the business case, and close expansion revenue without needing the founders in the room. Be the connective tissue between product and clients: translate client pain into structured, prioritized product feedback with commercial weight, and translate what product builds into commercial opportunities. Hold conversations at the VP and C-suite level. Every interaction has an agenda, documented decisions, and clear next steps. Build the systems, templates, trackers, escalation flows that make this role repeatable as we scale. Every account is documented, templated, and handoff-ready. Why Domu Real traction. Post $XXM in revenue, Fortune 500 customers, 12x YoY growth last year AI First company with $1M+ revenue per employee. Early enough to shape the product, the team, and the culture, and become a key Leader in the company, you will work hand by hand with the founders. How we work We care about doing great work, and we are very intentional about what we put into our customer hands Ownership here is real. You won't be handed tasks from a backlog. You'll see what needs to happen and do it. That's how a small team ships to Fortune 500 customers. We hire people whose judgment we trust, then get out of their way. What You Bring Structured thinking, client-facing pressure, and the ability to synthesize complex situations quickly. Operational experience working with BPOs and/or Collections and Comfortable Managing Key Stakeholders Relations Comfortable with data and tech: you can read a dashboard, ask the right questions of a dataset, know how to query, understand the basics of engineering, and translate numbers and complex situations into a clear client narrative. Strong commercial instincts: you spot expansion opportunities before the client asks, frame upsells in terms of the client's own ROI, and have closed or influenced revenue before even informally. Technical credibility without being technical: you understand enough about voice agents, campaign configuration, SIP infrastructure, and data pipelines to diagnose what's happening, set accurate expectations, and know when the bottleneck is engineering vs. ops. High bar for quality and detail, our clients are banks and fintechs. High agency, high accountability Extras We'd Be Excited About Portuguese fluency for Brazilian market clients. Experience in fintech, debt collection, financial services, or regulated industries. Demonstrated involvement in scope expansions, renewals, or upsells in a previous role. Built and launched something a side project, an internal tool, or a product at a previous job. Curiosity, ownership, and enough technical grounding to be credible with clients without needing hand-holding. Knowledge of voice AI or conversational AI platforms in production. You've been through the early stages of a startup before and you want that feeling again. Operations Leader At Domu.ai, we're building the agentic infrastructure for the future of the world's largest financial institutions. The role The role As an Operations Leader you'll... Own the operational model that makes Domu run like the best BPOs in the world, but with technology doing the work instead of people. You'll bring the industry playbook and rewrite it for a tech-first environment. Map and close the gap between where Domu's operations are today and where they need to be: process discipline, SLA alignment, dialing hygiene, QA cycles, and real-time visibility across every client. Build the metrics infrastructure the ops team runs on daily dashboards, live call volumes, contact rates, answer rates, and QA scores that make performance impossible to ignore. Ensure we build a standard QA rubric for outbound call reviews, establish weekly QA cycles, and close the feedback loop between QA findings and agent and prompt improvements. Pick the highest-ROI client gap and close it through operational action, better dialing, QA-driven tuning, or automation that eliminates errors at the root. Sit at the intersection of operations, engineering, and client success. This isn't a traditional ops or BPO manager role. Why Domu Real traction. Post $XXM in revenue, Fortune 500 customers, 12x YoY growth last year. AI-first company with $1M+ revenue per employee. Early enough to shape the product, the team, and the culture and become a key leader in the company. You will work hand in hand with the founders. You'll see what needs to happen and do it. That's how a small team ships to Fortune 500 customers. We hire people whose judgment we trust, then get out of their way. What You Bring 5+ years in BPO or call center operations with direct experience managing supervisors and large agent teams. Deep familiarity with outbound dialing infrastructure: SIP protocols, carrier compliance, spam-flagging mitigation, and answer rate optimization. Demonstrated experience building or transforming operations systems, not just running them. Comfort in a tech-first environment: you understand AI voice agents, can work with data tools, and can translate operational pain into scoped engineering requests. You make decisions from metrics, not intuition. Comfortable building dashboards, reading ClickHouse data, and holding teams accountable to numbers that move in real time. Extras We'd Be Excited About Experience with champion-challenger performance frameworks or A/B testing in outbound operations. Background in fintech, debt collections, financial services, or regulated industries. Experience building ops functions from scratch, QA rubrics, SLA frameworks, dialing playbooks. Familiarity with voice AI or conversational AI platforms in a production environment. You've built something operationally rigorous inside a fast-moving startup and want that challenge again. Ideal Archetypes Senior ops or dialing manager at a top-tier BPO who's ready to stop managing people and start building the systems that replace them. Head of Operations at a high-growth fintech or collections agency who wants to be the person who defines what ops excellence looks like at an AI-native company. Startup operator with a BPO or call center foundation — someone who's felt the pace of a scaling company and wants full ownership of the outcome. Ex-consultant or analytics lead who moved into operations and never looked back — loves the rigor, hates the bureaucracy. What We Offer

The team behind all of that is four engineers. We need to triple it, and we need it done by someone who knows what good looks like. The role As our Technical Recruiter, you'll... Own the engineering pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, closing. You'll be the engine that grows the engineering team from 25+ in the next 12 months. Spend most of your day in a job at a Startup, GitHub, X, and a dozen weirder places good engineers actually live. You’ll also leverage our investor network to help Partner directly with Kai (Head of Engineering) and Nick (Founder/CEO) on calibration, role specs, and offers. Run an elite candidate experience as if it were the product. Domu hires extremely high-caliber engineers, Own retention as a first-class part of the job. Closing someone is step one; keeping them happy, growing, and not picking up recruiter calls in month 6 is the end-to-end role. Build and mantain the systems: Ashby hygiene, scorecards, sourcing dashboards, referral programs, interview loops that don't waste engineering time. We don't have a recruiting org yet. You're it. How we work Small team. Everyone ships. We care about doing great work. A clean pipeline, honest candidate conversations, offers that close, and engineers who are still excited 12 months in. Ownership here is real. You won't be handed a req and a sourcing list. You'll see what the team needs, talk to engineers, and go find them. We hire people whose judgment we trust, then get out of their way. No passengers. What you bring (must-have) You recruit technical people. That's the only must-have**.** 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, software engineers, infra, ML, voice/AI, security, whatever. You've owned a pipeline end-to-end at a startup or high-growth company and can point to specific hires you closed and why they said yes. Sharp written communication. Your outreach gets opens and replies because it's specific, not because it's templated. Comfortable in an ATS (Ashby preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and stitching together sourcing tools. You LOVE AI and building tools with it. Extras we'd be excited about You've recruited for fintech or compliance-heavy environments. You've built a recruiting function from scratch (or close to it) at a Series A / Series B startup. You have a network of senior engineers you can tap on day one. The role As the Senior UI/UX Designer you'll… Build and own design end-to-end: the product platform ops teams use to manage AI agents, the marketing site enterprise buyers land on, the decks that close Fortune 500 deals, and the design system the whole team builds on. Work on problems most designers never get close to: how do you design a dashboard for a Goldman Sachs operations team managing thousands of AI-handled calls a day? How do you make a compliance workflow feel human without making it feel casual? How do you design for trust when the stakes are financial and the users are skeptical? The problems are hard. That's the point. Ship constantly. A new client needs a leave-behind by Thursday. Engineering needs the agent builder spec by end of week. The website needs a new page for a product launch. This is not a role where design takes two weeks per deliverable. Own four distinct surfaces: product UI, marketing, sales and investor materials, and brand, and keep them coherent. Not as separate projects. As one continuous system that happens to live in different places. Know what it feels like when design actually closes a deal, activates a user, or earns trust from a compliance team. You've seen that happen and you want to be where it happens again. Why Domu Real traction. Post-$XXM in revenue, Fortune 500 customers, 12x YoY growth. This isn't a bet on an idea. The product works and customers are paying for it. You'll see the direct line between your design decisions and revenue. When you redesign the onboarding flow, you see what happens to activation. When you ship a new marketing site, you see the pipeline change. AI-first company with $1M+ revenue per employee. Early enough to define the brand, the product language, and the design culture from zero. How we work We do dailies. We groom tickets. But we keep process light and in service of the work, not the other way around. We'd rather spend time building than talking about building. We care about doing great work. Not just shipping, but shipping something you're proud of. Ownership here is real. You won't be handed a brief from a backlog. You'll see what needs to happen and do it. That's how a small team ships to Fortune 500 customers. We hire people whose judgment we trust, then get out of their way. What you bring 5+ years of experience as a product or UI/UX designer. Experience being the first or only designer at an early-stage company and a clear story about what you built and what you'd do differently. A portfolio that shows both sides: UX thinking (flows, hierarchy, onboarding, error states) and UI craft that genuinely looks great, not just clean. You've shipped across multiple surfaces in the same role: product UI, a marketing site, and pitch or sales materials. Not in different jobs. In the same one. You've built or owned a design system, not just contributed to one someone else started. You can extract a clear brief from a vague conversation and come back with something better than what was asked for. Extras we'd be excited about Experience in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or regulated industries: You understand that trust and legibility aren't nice-to-haves. Conversational UI or voice AI: designing interactions that don't have a screen as the primary surface. Brand identity built from zero: wordmark, visual language, motion, the whole thing. Basic HTML and CSS: you can sit with an engineer and talk about implementation precisely, not approximately. Webflow or equivalent: you can push a marketing site live without waiting on e

Work on things most engineers never touch: telephony systems, real-time voice processing, and integrations with legacy financial infrastructure. The problems are hard. That's the point. 95%+ of your time will be coding and building.
