What the role involves

Dill is revolutionizing payment, AR and trade credit for the construction materials industry. Material suppliers, distributors, and wholesalers are some of the most important stakeholders in the industry but are often the last to get paid. You’ll be joining a YC backed, fast-growing company with a second-time founder (previous exit in construction technology).  We’re looking to hire a Commercial Account Executive to help bring Dill to construction distributors across the US. You’ll own the full sales cycle - prospecting, discovery, product demo, negotiation & closing. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment and is excited to help transform the construction materials industry What you’ll do:  You’ll drive growth by owning the whole sales cycle. You’ll work with our SDR’s to optimize outreach, prospect, qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, close deals & exceed sales targets  Take a consultative approach and leverage curiosity to understand our prospects business goals/challenges & demonstrate how Dill solves their pain points  CRM & pipeline management: Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities and account information within Hubspot  Work cross functionally with SDR’s, product & leadership to help optimize our product & process Hit Sales Goals: Exceed monthly & yearly revenue targets  Who you are:  You’re hungry and driven to succeed. What the role involves

Material suppliers, distributors, and wholesalers are some of the most important stakeholders in the industry but are often the last to get paid. You’ll be joining a YC backed, fast-growing company with a second-time founder (previous exit in construction technology).  About the role:  As a Sales Development Representative at Dill, you’ll partner closely with our Account Executives to find and engage new prospects. Your goal is to generate qualified sales opportunities that contribute to the company’s revenue growth. You’ll be provided with tools, training, and mentorship needed to effectively engage with prospective clients, uncover their challenges, and convey how Dill can help solve them.  What you’ll do:  You will drive growth by generating new business opportunities through various methods of outreach like email, phone call, LinkedIn, in-person events, etc. You have the ability to think out of the box in terms of other methods to reach our customers more creatively You will help develop and experiment with different outbound campaigns and scripts You will collaborate with the Account Executives & the leadership team to execute and continuously iterate on our playbook You will be expected to achieve a monthly quota and communicate feedback and learnings that will drive product and growth iterations Who you are:  You’re hungry & driven. This isn’t a role for the faint of heart. As an early member of the team, you’re willing to grind on what will be an exhilarating yet rewarding journey You’re scrappy and resourceful.
