About the Role Customer Success Manager — (New York, NY) Full-time | In-person | 3+ years of relevant experience required As the founding Customer Success Manager at Codes Health, you will build and lead the function that ensures our customers experience clarity, speed, and trust in a process that is often opaque and frustrating. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role: you will own customer relationships end-to-end, from onboarding and implementation through renewal and expansion, while simultaneously creating the playbooks, processes, and feedback loops that enable us to scale. Sitting at the intersection of operations, product, and customer outcomes, you will partner closely with operations and engineering to translate real customer needs into product improvements, while acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers’ success. About the Role Strategy & Ops — (New York, NY) Full-time | In-person | 3+ years of relevant experience required Operations are core to us as a company. Our customers entrust us with their most sensitive and mission-critical records; mistakes in retrieval directly lead to lost settlements and delayed patient care. As a member of the Strategy & Ops team, you will own the day-to-day execution and management of our Records Retrieval Team. You will help shape the team from the ground-up: hiring and training, process design, performance tracking. This hire is someone who can thrive with an extremely high degree of autonomy and ownership, and is someone who thinks as much about what we will need to succeed in a year as much as tomorrow. What you’ll do Create new-hire orientation and continuous training programs for records roles Define and track performance of the Records Team, in aggregate and individually Restructure internal organizations to optimize efficiency and reward top performers Design the internal processes and SOPs used daily by the Records Team Model internal capacity and margin constraints to meet the demands of new customers and volume Build operational improvements (Dashboards, Zapiers, Retool, etc.) to streamline tracking and visibility Work with engineering to build new internal products to streamline record retrieval operations Who you are A top-tier operator with 3+ years of experience in startups or high-growth industries. Possess a strong, analytical mind, informed by data-driven decisions. Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch. In many cases you will define what ‘good’ looks like. Technical or technical-adjacent: you should be able to build quick automations, tooling and dashboards, or eager to learn how to. An excellent communicator. You will work directly with the records team to improve performance and solicit feedback.
