This role is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker who can build and execute marketing campaigns tailored to cross-border professionals, with a deep understanding of both US and Mexican markets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Design and manage marketing campaigns targeting expats, freelancers, and professionals in both the US and Mexico. Collaborate with the product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to drive marketing decisions. Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, media, and organizations that align with Coba’s target market. Create compelling content and messaging tailored to the needs of cross-border professionals. Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure Coba stays ahead of the curve in marketing trends. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years working with US-based companies. Proven experience in fintech or financial services marketing. Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and analytics. Strong ability to create and execute data-driven marketing strategies. Experience working with cross-border or international brands is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple priorities and driving results. Experience in B2C marketing is a plus, particularly within fintech or cross-border services.
