We operate across 200+ countries. The Role This is not a typical engineering role. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You'll work directly with AiPrise's largest and most strategic customers to understand their compliance challenges, build custom integrations, and ship solutions that make the platform indispensable. You won't be waiting for a ticket to land in your queue. You'll be in the room with the customer, scoping the problem, writing the code, and deploying the fix, sometimes in the same day. This role is ideal for engineers who get energy from solving real problems for real people, and who want their work to have visible, immediate impact. What You'll Do Customer-facing engineering. Embed with key customers to understand their onboarding, KYB, and compliance workflows. Translate their pain points into technical solutions, whether that's a custom integration, a new API endpoint, or a workflow tweak. Build and ship fast. Design and deploy customer-specific configurations, integrations with third-party compliance and identity vendors, and custom data pipelines. Own the full lifecycle from scoping through production. Bridge product and engineering. Bring customer insights back to the core product team. Identify patterns across customer needs that should become platform features. Help shape the roadmap based on what you're seeing in the field. Technical problem-solving under pressure. Debug production issues in real time. Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Go, Java, Node.js). Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Customer-facing comfort. You can hold your own in a call with a VP of Compliance at a fintech. You listen well, communicate clearly, and know how to translate business language into technical requirements (and vice versa). Bias toward action. You don't wait for perfect specs. You scope, build, and iterate. You're comfortable with ambiguity and thrive when given ownership. Cloud experience. Hands-on with AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure. Familiar with CI/CD, Docker, and modern deployment practices. Nice to Have Experience in fintech, regtech, payments, or fraud/risk detection Familiarity with compliance workflows (KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions screening) Experience integrating with third-party APIs at scale Frontend skills (React, TypeScript) for building internal tools or customer-facing dashboards Background working with ML/AI systems or data-intensive applications Why This Role Your work has direct, measurable impact on customers and revenue. Growth Marketing Generalist
Remote (US)Full-timeAny (new grads ok)Visa: US citizen/visa only
What the role involves

About AiPrise AiPrise is an AI-powered compliance platform used by Meta, Bridge (a Stripe company), Airwallex, Fireblocks, Circle, and Nivoda, among others. We help compliance teams onboard businesses in 200+ countries with country-native KYB, KYC, AML, and decisioning workflows. We're a YC S22 company, Series A funded ($12.5M led by Headline), and ~40 people. Marketing is small, fast, and operationally serious. We don't run on hype, we run on outcomes. About this role We're hiring our second FT marketing person. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing on everything from: paid ads, content, social, newsletter, events, and reporting. The work is broad on purpose. You'll get exposure to every channel and have direct ownership over the ones that fit your strengths. This is an execution role. You'll write the LinkedIn posts, draft long form content, coordinate the ad campaigns, build the reports, and keep everything moving. You won't be setting strategy on day one, but you will be deciding hundreds of small things every week. We're looking for someone who's already shown they can do that well. We're also testing new lead gen ideas this year, and we want this person to bring their own ideas and own the execution of them. If you have a track record of trying things, learning fast, and bringing back what works, that matters here. This role is also designed as a stepping stone. If you want to be a Head of Marketing within 1-3 years, this is the kind of seat that gets you there. You'll see every channel, do work that ships to real buyers, and grow with a company that's scaling fast. What you'll own Owning LinkedIn organic content end to end, working from a content mix we'll define together Drafting long form content that's actually written for compliance buyers, not for search volume Coordinating with our paid ads agency on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns. Knowing the platforms well enough to push back on the agency when needed Owning newsletter production end to end in Beehiiv, from copy to send Working with our design agency and freelancers on creative briefs and reviews Bringing and executing new lead gen ideas Keeping our marketing reporting clean and current Who you are 3 to 5 years in a marketing role, ideally at an early-stage B2B SaaS company. You're past the "I need someone to teach me everything" phase. Comfortable on ad platforms. You've actually been in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager and can read a campaign without panicking. Deep experience here is a major plus. A confident writer. You can take a rough brief and produce a clean LinkedIn post or 800-word blog draft without ten rounds of feedback. Writing samples will matter. Genuinely high AI proficiency. Not "I use ChatGPT sometimes." We mean: you build and use Claude or ChatGPT projects, you've experimented with Claude Code or other agentic tools, you have opinions about which models are best for which tasks, and you actively look for ways to do work faster with AI. If AI isn't already woven into your daily workflow, this isn't your role. Scrappy and resourceful. You figure things out. One day you'll be writing a LinkedIn post, the next you might be asked to produce a 60-second product launch video. You don't need to be expert at everything, but you do need to be the kind of person who can chase down a problem and ship a solution without needing a playbook handed to you. Curious about compliance and fintech. You don't need a background here, but you should be the kind of person who wants to understand how the world works under the hood. Nice to have Analytics or data chops SEO and GEO (AI search optimization) experience Design sense. Not Figma-deep, but enough taste to brief a designer well and spot when something's off Experience writing for technical buyers (compliance, legal, finance, security) How we work Remote first, US based We operate from Notion, Asana, Slack, Claude, and Figma
