Your Responsibilities: Provide product requirements to the engineering team in terms of features and user stories. Focus on requirements from a why and what perspective, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on how to implement You will be spending a lot of time interacting with customers and other stakeholders. You need to have empathy towards customers and the ability to communicate with them Build consensus across stakeholders – Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development clearly articulating the product decisions and choices Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding for both internal & external stakeholders Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule. Role Summary We’re looking for a hands-on designer with 2+ years of experience, skilled in UX and UI with experience of design systems. Your Responsibilities ● Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to define product goals and requirements, ensuring the user's perspective is integral throughout the product planning process. ● Design Creation: Develop workflows, wireframes, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity mockups to present design solutions effectively. ● User-Centric Design: Understand product requirements and design with the user in mind, ensuring all solutions are tailored to their needs. ● Effective Communication: Liaise with users, researchers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a unified understanding of design needs and objectives. ● Participate in Design Critiques: Engage in design critique sessions to provide and receive constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative design environment. ● User Research: Conduct user interviews, testing sessions, card sorting, and affinity mapping, along with both qualitative and quantitative tests, to gather and analyze data for informed design decisions. ● Fast Execution: In our high-growth startup environment, it’s crucial to execute swiftly and efficiently. ● End-to-End Ownership: Take charge of the entire user journey and all design execution phases from ideation and prototyping to user testing and final production. What Makes You a Good Fit ● Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in product design, particularly with scalable end-user and business web-based applications. ● Proficiency in UX and UI: experience in end-to-end product design with a solid understanding of UX principles, UI layout design, and familiarity with tools like Figma and experience implementing and maintaining design systems. ● Design Systems Acumen: Experience working with design systems, understanding their importance for scalability, consistency, and efficiency across products. Ability to contribute new components to a design system and refine existing ones to enhance the user experience. ● Prototyping and Experimentation: A strong bias towards rapid prototyping and experimentation. ● Impressive Portfolio: A robust portfolio that showcases your design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to design for diverse platforms and form factors. ● Learning and Ownership: A willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of projects. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and feedback clearly.

Responsibilities: Testable and scalable code Develop functional business friendly interfaces Apply industry standards during the development process to ensure high quality Time and cost estimation for the deliverables Deliver robust solutions for the products and platforms (incorporating important considerations regarding minimal downtime, high availability, data redundancy, tight security, etc. into the design) Preparing test cases, setting up CI/CD and integration with logging and monitoring systems for the products or platform Desired Experiences: Experience in Front End development - Minimum of 1 year experience in developing applications in Angular Extensive programming experience in Javascript Experience with GIT, CI/CD pipelines

We are looking for a talented and passionate React Native Mobile Developer to join our growing team. As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You'll work closely with our design and backend teams to create apps that provide an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards and best practices. Integrate third-party APIs and services. Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications. Stay updated on the latest technologies and frameworks to continuously improve app development. Requirements: Proven experience as a React Native Developer (minimum 1 year). Hands-on experience with React Native, including complex app architectures, Redux-Saga, Sockets.io, or Context API. Understanding of mobile app development principles, including the mobile development lifecycle. Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect mobile apps with backend services. Experience in optimizing app performance and troubleshooting crashes. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with TypeScript in React Native.
