Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced M&E Project Manager with expertise in industrial HVAC systems. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing all mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of the project, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction and engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site M&E activities,  from planning and design through to delivery and handover, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards. Installation of electrical equipment (eg. controllers, digital power meters, IOT gateway and etc) Installation of mechanical equipment (eg. flow meters, temperature sensors, humidity sensors and etc) Electrical panel modification works Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and teams to meet project goals and ensure smooth project execution. Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring cost and timeline efficiency.  Able to prioritize tasks and assign manpower to ensure that the overall resources are used effectively and within project deadlines.
