About the Role: As an SDR at Avery, you’ll own the top of the funnel—prospecting mid-sized property management companies and booking qualified demos for our Account Executives. You’ll run a high-output, high-quality outreach process with 100+ targeted touches per day across calls, email, and LinkedIn, all supported by a proven playbook designed to generate results. This role is perfect for someone already operating at this level—ideally in PropTech or B2B sales selling into property operators—who’s hungry to become an Account Executive within the next 12–18 months. What You’ll Do Outbound Prospecting Execute 100+ daily outbound touches through cold calls, emails, and multi-step sequences. Qualify Prospects Engage decision-makers at mid-sized property management companies. Identify fit and book high-quality demos for the AE team. Follow Process, Stay Organized Maintain excellent CRM hygiene. Track activity, manage sequences, and stay consistent with structured outreach. At Avery HQ, we are building AI Agents for Property Management. These are customer-facing agents that handle everything from solving maintenance requests to working with prospective tenants to help get their lease signed.  We are looking for a seasoned React (more specifically NextJS) developer to work directly with the founder to build product more quickly. You will be responsible for: Building both front-end and back-end for new features Dream up new features and product direction that can make our customers’ lives easier Working directly with our existing customers to debug any problems with our software. Also owning a ground-up project to build a react-native companion app. Our ideal candidate: Has 6+ years engineering and coding experience Computer Science bachelors/masters degree Deep experience with NextJS and Node, Tailwind, and Postgres Loves the early days of building new product and shipping quickly Wants to make a direct impact with customers and work with a team that ships daily. Well-versed with Cursor, Claude, other agentic programming tools. Has interest in learning about property management and residential real-estate work This is a remote contracting role.
