What the role involves
About Authologic Authologic is building the identity infrastructure layer for the digital economy. Our orchestration platform enables enterprises to verify users globally through a single API—seamlessly aggregating identity providers, Open Banking systems, eID schemes, and biometric verification services. As we scale across financial services, fintech, iGaming, and telecom, we are looking for a high-velocity Account Executive to drive expansion. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sophisticated enterprise buyers and our engineering organization, selling a highly technical product into deeply regulated industries. What You’ll Own The full sales cycle in your territory. Outbound, qualification, demo, technical scoping, commercial negotiation, contract close. You'll lead the relationship; we have product and solutions engineering support for the technical and regulatory depth. A defined territory and ICP focus. We'll match this to your background and network. Your number. Quota is set quarterly; you'll forecast against Commit / Best Case / Pipeline categories at every revenue review. Market intelligence back into the business. Product and marketing run on what you hear in the field. We expect you to be vocal. What we need from you A track record of exceeding quota. Not just hitting it — exceeding it. Tell us your numbers across the last three years and what drove them. Honest accounts of years that didn't go to plan are welcome too, and so is what you learned from them. Regtech, identity, or compliance SaaS experience. Three to five years selling into the regulated buyer — KYC/AML, identity verification, fraud, transaction monitoring, regulatory tech, or adjacent. You should be able to walk into a conversation with a Chief Compliance Officer or a Head of Onboarding and hold your ground. Comfort with complex deals and senior stakeholders. You'll routinely sell to product, engineering, compliance, risk, procurement, and C-suite in the same deal. Multi-threading isn't optional. Commercial sharpness. You can build a proposal, defend a price, manage a tender, and read a contract well enough to know when to escalate. European market fluency. English is the working language, but a second European language (Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or a Nordic) is a strong plus given our target markets. If you've sold into both Western and Central European banks, even better. Nice to haves Existing relationships with KYC/AML or compliance buyers at banks, fintechs, or iGaming operators. Working knowledge of eIDAS, AMLR, DORA, PSD2/3, or MiCA. Direct experience with the Omni Credit-style pricing model used by orchestration platforms. Experience selling at a YC-backed or VC-backed scale up in the €5–30M ARR phase. What we offer Base + uncapped variable. Meaningful equity in a Series B-bound company. Remote-first culture with access to co-working spaces (we’re a remote organization, but we meet occasionally in the office and during our quarterly off-sites). Good start-up vibes, ability to work with ambitious people, and access to the YC network via Authologic founders. We give you a lot of space and autonomy to take action – just tell us what you need! What the role involves
At Authologic, we are revolutionizing identity verification by building the ultimate orchestration platform that aggregates KYC, AML, and digital IDs into a single, seamless API. We eliminate onboarding friction for global businesses, transforming complex verification flows into elegant, secure, and user-friendly digital experiences. About the Role We are looking for a rare breed: a solid Design Engineer who loves clean, robust code, but also possesses exceptional taste, style, and an eye for beautiful user interfaces. We know this combination isn't common. Usually, you're either an engineer or a designer. We need a Design Engineer who bridges that gap—someone who understands that a button's logic and data flow are just as important as how it scales, moves, and feels to the user. Since you will have a direct impact on our product's success, we want you to have skin in the game through our RSUs program. What we look for (Beyond the code) Product Thinking: You don't just implement tasks from a Jira board. You understand why we are building a feature, how it impacts the user, and you proactively suggest better UX solutions. Communicativeness: You can articulate your tech choices clearly and collaborate openly with both designers and backend peers in English and Polish. Autonomy & Async Vibe: Working remotely means we trust you. You can articulate your tech and design choices clearly, documenting them or sharing quick ideas with the team asynchronously. Conscientiousness & Craftsmanship: You take pride in your work. Diligence, attention to detail, and a high standard for pixels, performance, and smooth layouts are part of your DNA. Your Technical Arsenal Must-Have Skills: Solid experience (or strong architectural understanding) of BDUI / SDUI (Backend-Driven / Server-Driven User Interface). Strong command of Vue.js and TypeScript. Deep understanding of TailwindCSS and semantic HTML. Experience with PrimeVue (or similar modern UI Kits). Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Polish is strictly required. Nice-to-Have: A knack for microinteractions & animations (GSAP, Motion, or CSS transitions) – the magic that makes an app feel alive. What we offer: Base salary + participation in the Authologic Inc. Employee Stock Option Program. Remote-first culture with access to co-working spaces (we’re a remote organization, but we meet occasionally in the office and during our quarterly off-sites). No Corporate BS: Direct impact on the product, flat structure, and quick decision-making. What the process looks like We value practical skills and direct communication. During the interview, we won't roast you on theoretical trivia. Instead, you'll jump to play.tailwindcss.com and just jam/code live with one of our founders to see how we think and work together. How to Apply Show us your craft. Send us a link to your portfolio or projects where your engineering skills and design taste shine brightest. What the role involves
Authologic is the identity verification orchestration layer for Europe. We provide a single API sitting above 100+ KYC, AML, and eID providers, routing every verification to the right method for the specific user, market, and regulation. We are scaling fast, powered by the structural tailwind of eIDAS 2.0, and we need a marketing leader who has navigated this trajectory before. Our current team is delivering excellent work—brand momentum is strong and the content is top-tier. What we need now is a senior commercial architect to lead the function: someone to build a high-velocity growth engine and convert our market reach into a predictable, qualified pipeline. What you own Demand Generation & Pipeline: Build the engine: You own the pipeline number, not just a content calendar. ABM: Implement Account-Based Marketing for our ICP. Sequencing: Design outbound-assisted inbound sequences. Paid Acquisition: Scale performance marketing once the foundation is solid. Brand & Category Leadership: Category Creation: Establish Authologic as the category-defining orchestration layer. Domain Authority: Systematize our internal expertise into a world-class thought-leadership engine. Reference Point: Make Authologic the default industry authority for eIDAS 2.0 and identity orchestration. Product Marketing & Enablement: Bridge the Gap: Translate our deep-tech orchestration—including OmniID and eIDAS 2.0 readiness—into narratives that align with C-suite business objectives. Commercial Toolkit: Own the sales collateral, case study programs, and competitive positioning that turn our 100+ methods into a "must-have" solution for every Head of Compliance and CTO. Team & Budget Accountability: Lead & Scale: Guide and grow our existing marketing functions (Content, Product Marketing, Events). Investment Mindset: You don’t ask for a budget; you build a business case for it. ROI Focus: Manage the budget with full accountability for LTV/CAC and pipeline velocity, reporting on outcomes quarterly. What we need: Scale Experience: You’ve led a B2B SaaS or Fintech marketing function through the €5M to €20M+ ARR growth phase. Domain Expertise: You speak the language of identity, compliance, or RegTech fluently. Strategy & Execution: You come in with a playbook, not a list of questions. You propose what to do and own the outcome. Builder Mentality: You are comfortable in a 40-person environment where you build the systems yourself before you delegate them. Why Authologic? Direct Path to Commercial Leadership: This is a career-defining opportunity. As we scale, the person who builds this engine is expected to grow into a broader commercial leadership role within the company. High-Velocity Impact: We are targeting 3x ARR growth this year. You won’t be a passenger; you will be the material driver of this expansion, with the autonomy to shape the strategy. Defining the Standard: We aren’t just selling a tool; we are defining the Identity Orchestration category. You will position AUTH as the default infrastructure for the post-eIDAS 2.0 world. As we scale across financial services, fintech, gaming, telecom, and regulated industries, we are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can bridge the gap between enterprise customers and our engineering organization. This is not a traditional software engineering role, nor is it a theoretical consulting position. Inspired by modern, high-velocity tech delivery models like Snowflake, this role requires a unique hybrid of a heavy-hitting backend developer and an enterprise deployment specialist. You will work directly with some of Europe's most sophisticated organizations, helping them design, prototype, implement, and optimize identity and payment workflows that become critical parts of their core business operations. The Role As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be the driving execution force behind enterprise customer onboarding and implementation. You are the ultimate bridge connecting deep technology with complex corporate business processes. You will own the technical delivery of our most strategic enterprise deals — from first architecture conversation through to production go-live. You will work directly with customer engineering teams, compliance stakeholders, and executive sponsors, and you will carry direct influence over Authologic's product roadmap through the feedback you bring back from the field. What You'll Do Lead Enterprise Implementations & Onboarding. Act as the primary technical delivery lead for enterprise customers during onboarding and implementation, taking full ownership of the production go-live. Design and oversee integration strategies for complex customer environments, ensuring compatibility with legacy enterprise systems. Guide customers from proof-of-concept through production deployment, mapping Authologic’s API directly into their internal business operations and user journeys. Build Prototypes & Accelerate Sales (Hands-on) Support strategic enterprise sales opportunities with high-level technical expertise. Develop rapid, production-grade prototypes and proof-of-concepts to unblock complex deals. Participate in executive-level customer meetings where technical credibility and speed are critical to winning business. Design Identity & Payment Architectures Integrate Authologic into complex customer ecosystems including: - Identity & authentication platforms (MFA, Strong Customer Authentication); - Core banking infrastructure and advanced payment systems; - Fraud, risk, and transaction monitoring engines; - Mission-critical customer onboarding workflows; Design EUDI Wallet and eIDAS 2.0 compliant onboarding and authentication flows, advising customers on regulatory obligations and technical architecture ahead of the December 2026 and 2027 deadlines.
