About this Role We are overwhelmed with inbound interest from practices and are looking for a Founding Account Executive to join us in our New York office. Your job will entail: Inbound Sales: You will conduct sales demo calls to educate practices about our product. To be clear, you will not have to generate leads yourself. We have hundreds of practices waiting to speak with us. Your job will be to educate them after they reach out to us, and to close sales. Customer Onboarding: We will train you on how to onboard new practices onto our platform so that they can see the most ROI. You will then be able to help practices go live with our system in a matter of minutes. Leadership: You will have the opportunity to set up our sales organization from the ground up with our founders. About You Our ideal candidate is Incredibly ambitious, seeking rapid career growth, and ready to work incredibly hard for it. Excited about the idea of coming in at the ground level and setting up our sales organization with us. Passionate about transforming healthcare with AI. Qualifications Strong understanding of front office and back office operations, and revenue cycle. Prior experience selling software to businesses. Preferred: prior experience selling software to medical practices. Tech savvy and can pick up the technical nuances of AI agents and software systems very quickly. Exceptional communication skills. Compensation OTE: $140k. However based on conversion data we believe it's feasible to achieve $200k-$300k in earnings for strong performers.

About the Role We're looking for an "insanely cracked engineer" to join our engineering team. We're looking for someone who is an all-rounder, but has particularly exceptional backend engineering skills. Our ideal candidate has built AI agents and leveraged clever engineering techniques to improve latency & reliability for complex workflows. This role will be in person working with the 2 founders 6 days per week, so safe to say you will get close! If you are a go-getter and have the intensity it takes to win, this role could be for you. Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to build state-of-the-art AI agents across several modalities. You will be horizontal across our engineering team, experimenting and implementing novel AI/ML techniques to improve performance and reliability of various AI agents. You'll get to wear many hats. Here is some of the fun stuff you will do: Develop AI agents with industry-leading performance for high stakes use cases in healthcare. Architect our data annotation, fine tuning, and RLHF workflows. About the Role We're looking for a top 0.01% Software Engineer to join our engineering team in our Bangalore office. 4.6 fundamentally changed the game, which means that high intelligence, high agency engineers can now do the work of 10+ good engineers. It doesn't make sense to have anyone but the best on the team. Since low level coding has become easier, what we expect from engineers on our team has expanded. Engineers on our team are expected to: Ship features end to end at a rapid pace Deeply research the domain and be their own product managers Ensure reliability and quality is best-in-class Design robust eng architecture, and develop testing and observability tools for each feature pre-launch Build each feature with deep customer empathy, meaning planning out and building stellar UX yourself This means to thrive in a startup environment like ours, you not only need to be a stellar engineer, but you need to: Be super adept with AI development tools and building the AI systems that build your features for you (Conductor, Browser agents, QA agents, Ralph loops, adversarial agents, and more). Have exceptional product and UX taste, meaning you can ship features that are more effective than those historically designed by teams of product managers and designers. Take the highest level of ownership around feature outcomes, reliability, and observability.
