What Anglera does

At Anglera, we're developing a suite of AI agents to help e-commerce companies run their operations more efficiently. Our flagship agent helps our customers onboard, enrich, and manage their product data, reducing time per product from 15 mins down to 5 seconds. We previously developed ML to automatically enrich millions of products at Uber Eats, and we're now on a mission to automate the most common manual workflows for every e-commerce business.

Agent Deployment Strategist
San Francisco, CA, USFull-time1+ years$135K - $160K0.20% - 0.50% equityVisa: US citizen/visa only
What the role involves

About Anglera Shopping is about to look very different. People will ask AI agents what to buy. They will use conversational search to compare products. Most retail catalogs were not built for this world. They have missing attributes, inconsistent taxonomy, specs trapped in PDFs, messy supplier files, and millions of SKUs that were barely good enough for keyword search, let alone AI-driven discovery. Anglera fixes this. We help the world’s largest retailers, marketplaces, and brands turn messy catalog data into complete, structured, AI-ready product data at scale. We are YC-backed, based in San Francisco, growing fast, and already working with Fortune 500 retailers and iconic consumer brands. The team comes from Stanford AI and Uber Eats, where we built catalog AI systems for millions of SKUs. The Role We are hiring a Deployment Strategist to lead our most important customer deployments. You will work directly with large retailers and brands that have hundreds of thousands, sometimes millions, of SKUs. Their data is messy. Their systems are complicated. And the problem matters because getting the catalog right directly impacts search, conversion, merchandising, and AI visibility. Your job is to walk into that complexity, figure out what needs to happen, and drive it to production. You will scope the problem, design the deployment strategy, work with the customer, coordinate with engineering, prove ROI, and turn what you learn into product direction. You will help build the playbook for how Anglera deploys across the largest retailers and brands in the world. What You'll Do Own enterprise deployments end to end. Take ambiguous catalog problems from first customer conversation to live production workflow. Run high-stakes POCs that convert. You will prove value on real customer data, fast. Translate messy data into a clear plan. Work across SKUs, attributes, taxonomies, supplier files, PIMs, ERPs, enrichment workflows, and customer-specific business rules. Turn customer signal into product direction. Spot the patterns across enterprise deployments and push those insights back into the product. Build the deployment playbook. Create the systems, templates, and operating rhythm that future deployment hires will use. Who We're Looking For You have 3+ years in solutions engineering, product, technical implementation, consulting, or another role where you owned messy customer problems end to end. You are data-fluent. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable with product data, spreadsheets, schemas, mappings, transformations, and technical customers. You are strong with enterprise customers. You know how to build trust, manage stakeholders, and keep momentum inside large organizations. You communicate clearly. You can write a sharp follow-up email, present to executives, and explain technical work in business language. You like ambiguity. This role has structure, but very little bureaucracy. You should be energized by figuring things out from first principles. You have high ownership. Nobody should need to chase you. You see the problem, own the outcome, and use Claude (or your AI tool of choice) to move 10x faster. You are based in San Francisco and excited to work in person. Why This Role Every retailer, brand, and marketplace is trying to understand what AI means for commerce. Chatbots and agents are the obvious layer. Product data is the foundation underneath them. You will work directly with founders, influence product, own major customer outcomes, and help define how enterprise retailers prepare their catalogs for AI. Competitive comp, meaningful equity, and a role with real leverage.

Growth Lead
San Francisco, CA, USFull-time1+ years$80K - $120KVisa: US citizen/visa only
What the role involves

About Anglera Shopping is about to look very different. People will ask AI agents what to buy. They will compare products through conversational search instead of scrolling pages of results. Most retail catalogs were never built for this. Missing attributes, inconsistent taxonomy, specs trapped in PDFs, messy supplier files, millions of SKUs that were barely good enough for keyword search, let alone AI-driven discovery. Anglera fixes this. We help the world's largest retailers, marketplaces, and brands turn messy catalog data into complete, structured, AI-ready product data at scale. We are YC-backed, based in San Francisco, profitable, and growing fast, already working with Fortune 500 retailers and iconic consumer brands. The team comes from Stanford AI and Uber Eats, where we built catalog AI systems for millions of SKUs. The Role We are hiring a Growth Associate to own how Anglera reaches the market. This is marketing and pipeline in one seat. You will build the campaigns that put us in front of enterprise retailers and brands, and you will run the outbound that turns attention into meetings and meetings into pipeline. Events, content, social, case studies, and a real outbound motion all sit with you. We call it Growth, not Marketing, on purpose. The job is not to ship campaigns and hope. It is to create demand, generate pipeline, and prove what worked. It is an early-career role with an unusually large surface. You will touch every channel we run in your first quarter, learn the numbers behind each one, and have a direct hand in how a fast-growing company goes to market. What You'll Do Generate pipeline. Build and enrich target lists, write outbound sequences, run A/B variants, and own the metrics that matter: replies, meetings booked, pipeline created. Run events that pay for themselves. Own trade shows end to end, from booth logistics to lead capture and follow-up, then report what each event actually returned. Turn content into a channel. Publish and sharpen blog and resource content and cut long-form into social and email that drives action. Own our voice on social. Run the calendar, keep us consistent and present, work engagement, and report what is landing. Make customers our best pitch. Turn wins into interviews, one-pagers, slides, and pages that help close the next deal. Keep the engine clean. CRM hygiene and segmentation, sales enablement, website and landing page updates, email and nurture, leadership reporting, and light design in Canva or Figma. Who We're Looking For You are a self-starter. Nobody should need to hand you a task list. You see the work and move it forward. You care about outcomes, not output. "We sent it" is not a result. You want to know if it moved a number. You can run breadth without dropping threads. Many channels, many deadlines, nothing lost. You write clearly. A clean follow-up email, a tight piece of copy, a sentence of someone else's you can sharpen. You are early in your career. 0 to 2 years in marketing, growth, or a related role, or the internship and project work to prove you can do it. Degree optional if the work is there. Helpful, not required: a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio) or marketing automation, B2B or SaaS exposure, Canva or Figma, light HTML or CMS, and any events experience. Why This Role Every retailer, brand, and marketplace is trying to understand what AI means for commerce. We are building the foundation underneath it, and we are growing fast enough to need someone who can match that pace. You will work close to the founders, touch every part of the funnel, and own real outcomes from day one. Few early-career roles give you this much range or this much ownership this fast. And because we are profitable and growing, the path forward is real: specialize into demand gen, content, or ops, or stay broad and run the function. Competitive comp and a role with real leverage.
