We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM). <u>What you'll do</u> Build and scale end-to-end production systems for a complex B2B product Own features from conception through launch and iteration Work directly with stakeholders to understand problems and drive solutions Build shared abstractions and experiences that make complex products intuitive Raise the engineering bar through excellent code, thoughtful reviews, and clear communication The engineering problems we’re solving span everything from building thoughtful, performant UIs to complex data modeling and large-scale integrations. We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM). 🔍 What we're looking for Aleph is looking for an Engagement Associate to work hands-on with our partners as they roll out Aleph across their client bases. This role combines customer-facing execution with financial and data analytics skills, offering an opportunity to work closely with partners on training and day-to-day support efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to modern finance workflows and customer-facing execution at a fast-growing startup. We are a small, high-impact team, and this role plays an important part in scaling Aleph’s partner motion. You’ll help ensure partners can confidently use Aleph with their clients, while surfacing feedback and issues that help us improve how we enable partners over time. 👷 What you’ll be doing Work hands-on with partners to onboard Aleph and roll it out across their client base using standardized templates and workflows Lead training and support calls with partners, helping them confidently use Aleph with their clients Troubleshoot issues raised by partners, diagnose data or configuration problems, and escalate to the appropriate teams when needed Act as the voice of our partners by surfacing feedback, recurring issues, and insights to product and engineering teams to help improve how Aleph enables partners over time 📝 What you bring 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role, or equivalent early-career experience with strong exposure to finance workflows Ideally, experience working at an early-stage tech startup Strong understanding of core finance concepts and an interest in modern FP&A tools and workflows Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) You have an ownership mindset and take responsibility for following work through to completion You are passionate about working closely with external stakeholders You are curious, proactive, and willing to dig into problems to understand what’s going on While this is a remote-first opportunity, we're focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team. We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM). 🔍 What we're looking for Aleph is looking for a PE Engagement Manager to work hands-on with finance teams at PE-backed companies as they upgrade their FP&A infrastructure with Aleph. This unique role combines customer success responsibilities with data analytics expertise, offering an exciting opportunity to apply your financial skills in a client-facing, impact-driven environment. You will dive deep into customers’ financial infrastructure to onboard them onto Aleph and become their primary point of contact for onboarding and day-to-day usage as they expand their Aleph implementation across use cases (i.e., reporting, budgeting, headcount planning). We are a small, high-impact team, and this role plays a key part in scaling Aleph’s Private Equity motion by making onboarding repeatable, reliable, and effective across portfolio companies. You will also collaborate with our product and engineering teams by surfacing customer feedback to inform the product roadmap. 👷 What you’ll be doing Onboard PE-backed customers onto Aleph and support them as they adopt core FP&A workflows Determine and establish effective ways to enhance PE-backed customers’ FP&A setup with Aleph Develop lasting, trust-based partnerships with finance teams at PE-backed companies Monitor usage metrics to identify adoption gaps and improve usage for assigned customers Act as the voice of the customer by surfacing feedback and insights to product and engineering teams 📝 About you 3+ years of experience in Private Equity, or on the finance team of a PE-backed company Ideally, experience working at an early-stage tech startup Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets modeling You have an ownership mentality and are excited to take on responsibility You are passionate about working closely with customers You communicate clearly and are able to build rapport You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment You are comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in parallel You are comfortable working on a remote team While this is a remote-first opportunity, we're focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team.
