AIOS
Building AI-native infrastructure for the next era of care.
What AIOS does
Our overarching mission is to build the AI operating system for consumer healthcare - delivering end-to-end care with near-zero marginal human time. We believe the future of healthcare is automated, intelligent, radically lower cost, and built around the consumer. We believe biology is entering a golden age. We believe profitable, focused companies beat bloated ones. We're determined to get the humans out of healthcare - replacing slow, expensive, legacy workflows with software-driven care delivered at scale. We’ve started by building this infrastructure to power our own brands - including Bolt Pharmacy and Fella Health, among others. Today, that infrastructure is helping patients access life-changing treatment for excess bodyweight. Over time, we’ll extend it across many of the categories that will define the next era of healthcare. Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that infrastructure to deliver next-generation healthcare products at massive scale. In doing so, we aim to build the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company.

What the role involves
About AIOS AIOS is building the first vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe. We’re at >$250M ARR, serving >100k/mo patients, growing >10x YoY. We’re Europe’s fastest growing healthcare company. We’re profitable. As our wedge into the European healthcare system we’re using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history. We’re the only AI-native GLP-1 provider in Europe. Our master plan: Step 1 → $1Bn/yr : Over the last 12 months we've grown 40x to >100k UK GLP-1 patients. In 2026, we’ll hit $1Bn/yr and become #1 GLP-1 provider in UK. Step 2 → $10Bn/yr : Blitzscale Europe. Become Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider by acquiring, retooling, then rapidly scaling regulated infrastructure across the top 10 EU markets, just as we did in the UK. Step 3 → $100Bn/yr : Use our scale to vertically integrate across agentic patient care, autonomous prescribing, robotic dispensing, and dark factory manufacturing of medication. We'll be the first and only vertically integrated AI doctor in Europe. TLDR = 2026-2030 is the blitzscale landgrab until the semaglutide patent cliff, then we vertically integrate and own the whole value chain. The only way to keep up with this scale is to replace all marginal human time with AI. Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that infrastructure to deliver next-generation healthcare products at mass scale for low cost so every human can live at least 100 healthy years. In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company. We’re a young, founder-led startup. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us. You can read more about working with us here: Working at AIOS The opportunity as Head of Product Growth (Referrals & Viral Loops) We’re building a world-class team. As Head of Product Growth at AIOS, your fundamental role is to engineer viral growth. I expect us to reach >0.3 30-Day K Factor (our Primary KPI). This is critical work for us to scale from 100k active customers today to 10 million customers by 2030. You’ll start by taking over our referral program and transforming it into a true viral growth system. You’ll lead a team of engineers + designers, and work closely with the CEO. You’ll ship daily, test aggressively, and iterate with AI tools faster than most product teams can finish scoping. Over time, your work will expand across every product surface that can drive viral growth: referrals, invite loops, UGC, social sharing, gifting, visible product moments, freemium, and weird ideas no one has tried yet. You’ll build a cracked team under you to execute this. This is a founder-builder role. You’ll act with high autonomy. We want someone who thinks distribution is a product problem, moves fast, has strong consumer taste, and knows how to create loops that make people want to share. If you nail the role, you’ll continue to lead everything in Product Growth. If you’re truly excellent, you’ll be a leading candidate for our future CPO or CGO roles. This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work mostly async in the timezone of your choice. You must be around until midday Pacific Time every weekday to have enough crossover with me. This is a senior role. You’ll report directly to me, Richie :) (our CEO). I’m intense, so you’ll also be intense. You’ll work long days and regularly work weekends. You’ll work most closely with me (Richie, CEO), our VP Growth (Rick Singh), our Head of Product (Ben Dowdle), and our VP Engineering (Gzim Helshani). Key responsibilities Areas 📈 ”A startup is a company designed to grow fast. The only essential thing is growth. If you get growth, everything else tends to fall into place.” Overall: You’ll build viral loops that cause customers to bring in other customers. You’ll measure this primarily via 30-Day K Factor. Referrals : You’ll understand our existing referral program, then rapidly improve it via experiments. It’s not unlikely you rip it up to rebuild the foundatio

How far along are we? We’ve grown 40x over the past 12 months, now serving 100,000+ patients and surpassing $200M in annual revenue, all while staying cashflow positive. We’re a young startup and we’re just getting started. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us. We're backed by top healthcare & consumer investors: Y Combinator Global Founders Capital — backed Facebook, Slack, LinkedIn, Revolut, Rocket Internet AngelList Early Stage Fund (backed by Naval Ravikant) BrandProject (venture-builder behind 2 unicorns) The founders of Indeed, Curative (unicorn), Alan (unicorn), Kaia Health (>$300mil valuation), Vouch Insurance (>$500mil valuation), Not Boring (Packy McCormick) You can read more about working with us here: Working at AIOS Head of Talent at Aios Medical Your mandate is simple, but hard: Recruit the best talent in the world Build a culture where exceptional people do the work of their lives Run the boring stuff (onboarding, payroll, equity, systems) exceptionally well This is not a traditional HR role. This is a company-building role. You will help determine who joins Aios, how we operate, whether our best people thrive, and whether we become a generational company. We are extreme in our standards, distinctly weird, and unapologetically ambitious. We are a team of misfits, builders, obsessives, and high-agency operators who never quite fit in traditional companies. If you’re looking for corporate normalcy, this is not it. You'll report directly to Joey, Chief of Staff and work closely with Richie, CEO. This is a fully remote, full-time role, mostly async, with availability expected until midday Pacific Time. Key Responsibilities We want builders. Killers. Missionaries. People with taste, judgment, grit, and unusually high standards. Your job is to find them, keep them, and help them do the best work of their lives. Talent Acquisition: Build a world-class recruiting function that consistently finds and closes exceptional people across every function and level. Own hiring strategy, sourcing, process design, closing, and raising the bar over time. You should know how to spot unusual talent early - people others overlook, underestimate, or misunderstand. Culture & Performance: Help create an environment where extraordinary people can do extraordinary work. That means high standards, candor, urgency, integrity, ownership, and intensity. It also means protecting what makes Aios special: our weirdness, our ambition, our refusal to become corporate, and our belief that mission-driven people can outperform larger and richer competitors. You’ll help ensure our best people are stretched, energized, improving, and proud to be here. People Operations: Own the operational backbone of the company. Payroll, equity administration, onboarding, off-boarding

Your fundamental role is to engineer attention at scale. You’ll build a repeatable virality engine that consistently turns short-form content into high-volume reach, engagement, and brand awareness. You’ll own the entire UGC virality system end-to-end: sourcing creators, managing output quality, building AI-assisted workflows, coordinating clippers and editors, optimizing publishing cadence, and expanding distribution. You’ll nail building out repost ecosystems, meme pages, creator partnerships, and emerging formats. You’ll design feedback loops between content creation, distribution, and performance, rapidly testing hooks, formats, narratives, and posting strategies to identify what spreads. You can read more about working with us here: Working at AIOS Being a Senior Media Buyer at AIOS We are building a world-class team. As Senior Media Buyer at Aios, your mission is to drive elite Meta performance as we scale paid acquisition across the UK and new international markets. Meta is our largest and most important paid channel. We’re currently spending £2.5M+/month, growing fast, and preparing to expand into multiple new markets. Your job is to help us scale that spend profitably, without losing control of CAC, creative learnings, reporting discipline, or market-by-market execution. You’ll work directly with our Head of Performance, Dave, who stays deep in-platform alongside you to start. Early on, you’ll ramp into the accounts: campaign structure, creative library, compliance constraints, reporting cadence, and how each market behaves. As trust builds, you’ll take on increasing ownership of the Meta operation. Day to day, this means planning spend, structuring campaigns, optimising toward profit-aware ROAS/CAC targets, translating performance signals into clear creative briefs with our Creative Lead, André, and running the kind of operating cadence that makes your work easy to trust. This is not a strategy-only role. The work today is hands-on craft inside Meta. Over time, the ceiling is much higher: you’ll help build the Meta media buying pod, expanding into adjacent channels like Google, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic. Great performance means CAC holds or improves as spend scales, weekly pacing runs like clockwork, new markets launch on time without hurting core market performance, and leadership trusts your forecasts more than their own intuition. This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you'll work async in the timezone of your choice - as long as you're around for team calls (early PST). By the end of this year, we'll be number one. We've got direct relationships with the major GLP-1 manufacturers, a profitable business that's compounding fast, a Silicon Valley calibre engineering team. As UK Head of Clinical Product at Aios, powering Bolt Pharmacy, your fundamental role is to build and scale the clinical operating system that enables GLP-1 patients to move through care safely, quickly, and consistently. You have a clinical background prescribing GLP-1s previously, but this is not a passive advisory or Superintendent Pharmacist role. As UK Talent Lead at Bolt Pharmacy, your fundamental role is to make sure that’s actually true. This is not a traditional HR role. You are not here to sit in the back office, process paperwork, or act as a passive support function. You are here to raise the talent density of the company, protect an A player culture, and build the systems that allow exceptional people to do the best work of their lives. Your mandate is simple, but difficult: Proactively recruit the best talent in the UK Build a tight People Ops function (onboarding, training, payroll, equity, systems) that scales as we grow Make sure no part of the operation is ever blocked by lack of headcount, weak hiring, poor onboarding, or avoidable people-process gaps Help create a culture where high standards are normal, ownership is expected, and A players want to stay Great performance in this role means growth is never constrained by talent. You’ll stay close enough to the operation to understand what great looks like, and stay proactive enough so that we’re never caught flat-footed. You will manage relationships with locum agencies, stay close to leadership forecasting, and make sure every team has the talent and support needed to execute. You will work directly with senior leaders, not around them. This role requires someone who can move fast, hold a high bar, and operate with very little hand-holding.
